  They were very responsive on initial contact, but on the meeting for estimate I was told my repair job was not big enough unless I replaced the entire front siding. Two weeks later, I haven't even received the estimate for the up-sell. I have no idea about the actual quality of the work, but my experience was a bit of a waste of time.

  Hail damage roof replacement insurance claim. Steven and his roofing crew did an outstanding job from claim process to project completion. Honest, reliable service. Attention to detail even the clean up process was top notch. Crew was able to finish the roof in 1 day (13 hr day) and the gutter installer came next day to wrap things up. Highly recommend SmartExteriors for your roofing needs and any other exterior projects especially siding options. Plan to definitely use their company again.

  Steve and his team did a marvelous job replacing a few windows, installing new James Hardie siding and replacing all of the gutters. This was a big project, so I was grateful the purchasing process was low-stress. Steve answered all of our questions, was very responsive when I thought of 'just one more' question, and walked me through all of the financing options. Communication was also exemplary. We knew exactly when the crew would be at the house and when they were delayed due to weather. There were no surprises or phone tag to figure out when work would be completed. We waited at least a year (3?) longer than we should have to get the siding replaced, so I anticipated that there would be some surprises and was prepared for some cost overruns. I am happy to say this didn't happen, other than an add-on we made for aesthetics that was not part of the original estimate. This was definitely an investment, but Smart Exteriors was worth every penny, in large part because they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and the workmanship was solid.

  We were very pleased with the results of our window, door, siding and gutter makeover. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The extra touches were the icing on the cake (a dryer vent cover that matched our new siding!) The crews were fantastic, punctual and precise.
