  They repeatedly ignore no trespassing /solicitation signs and creep all the way around your house and when you politely tell them them no thanks and point to your obvious signs they dr9ve past they literally laugh. Just recently I found another card the slipped on my door ignoring even more signs

  If you have ever had any damage to your house you know how frustrating it is to get a hold of contractors. Not Skyland roofing. They seen the damage and stopped and asked if we needed helped. And we did. They are super efficient and helped walk us through the process from beginning to end. This is the only roofers I will ever use. Cody and his crew are the best.

  I had a fantastic experience with Skyland roofing! The sales representative Mason, was absolutely incredible to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options, answered every question, and provided a transparent estimate with zero pressure. Thanks to his excellent guidance and professionalism, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

  I needed a new roof due to damage from a hailstorm and after speaking with other roofing companies decided to work with Skyland Roofing. They were fantastic with every aspect of the job from the initial inspection of the damage to working with my insurance company to the completion of the work. Having a very old house the original roof slats did not meet code, which meant sheeting needed to be added to the roof before the new shingles could be installed. Skyland worked with my insurance company to have the additional cost approved and covered, not a quick process. Cody Danner was my main point of contact and was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, kept me informed of timelines and what to expect and did what he said he would do. I was very pleased with Skyland Roofing and will definitely use them in the future.

  Skyland Roofing was phenomenal to work with. Foster walked me through the whole process as this was my first time having to replace a roof. I couldn’t be happier with the metal roof he recommended and the actual installation was a breeze. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future.

  We recently had a new roof installed by Skyland and it was a great experience! Our previous roof had sustained a lot of damage after a tree fell on it during Helene and although it was fully repaired I was really considering a new metal roof. Mikal was awesome to work with, taking all the measurements and explaining our options. He made the process easy and we signed up, and chose a financing plan to cover the costs after the initial down payment. It was only a couple of weeks before they were able to schedule us in and complete the work. The crew did an excellent job and we're more than satisfied with the result. Our neighbors love it as well and we've received many compliments. I highly recommend Mikal and the rest of the Skyland team if you're considering a new roof or even simply repairs!
