Bad customer service, “office manager” is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. First experience was at their store second was over the phone. Horrible experience and don’t recommend.

I want to post how happy my wife and I are with our choice of Sky Light Roofing.  From their presentation, communication, and installation, Sky Light outperformed our expectations in every way.  We closely watched other companies in our neighborhood prior to selecting Sky Light and none were as professional, thorough, and had the level of quality we were looking for.

I've seen 4 different roofing companies come through my neighborhood making noise with loud music and yelling over the music. Trash left behind. Vehicles and trailers blocking driveways etc. Today I was dreading the house across the street getting a new roof but I was very impressed instead!! No loud music and they installed a new roof in less than 5 hours! A 4 man team worked together with precision and efficiency that was so impressive that I had to leave a review even though I'm not a customer. I've only left a few reviews in my life and only when deserved. If you need a new roof I and you don't want loud music for 2 days, take a look at this company.

Sky Light Roofing provided a clear and straightforward estimate for our roof replacement in The Villages. They outlined the process for approvals and post inspections including the Wind Mitigation inspection. They provided us with all documentation including pictures of the roof install for our insurance company's records and update to our policy. The staff was always very helpful! Great Company to use.

Just had our residential roof replaced by Skylight Roofing. We can't say enough about working with them. Starting off with meeting Brent Maloy to receive an explanation of their process along with a detailed proposal for the replacement. We'd reviewed their earlier customer reviews and were extremely impressed by all the praise they received. Now we completely agree with those 5 Star Reviews. They did and outstanding job from start to finish. Pablo was our installation supervisor and was just an outstanding professional. He made sure everything was done as expected. We can't say enough positives about Pablo. His two crews were excellent. They were just so efficient. They completed the job in one day and the site clean up was absolutely the best. Frankly, they exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Skylight Roofing without hesitation.

** Roof Ventilation: Why It Matters More Than You Think in The Villages Most homeowners in The Villages focus on shingles and gutters when thinking about roof health, but proper roof ventilation is just as critical. Florida's intense heat and humidity create conditions where poor attic airflow can quietly cause serious damage over time. When hot, moist air becomes trapped in your attic, it raises indoor temperatures, forces your HVAC system to work harder, and accelerates shingle deterioration from the inside out. Over time, this can lead to warped decking, mold growth, and a significantly shortened roof lifespan. A properly ventilated roofing system uses a balanced combination of intake vents at the soffits and exhaust vents near the ridge to keep air moving year-round. This protects your structural materials, improves energy efficiency, and helps your roof perform the way it was designed to. If your home in The Villages has not had a professional roof inspection recently, now is the right time to schedule one. Our team will evaluate your ventilation, identify any concerns, and walk you through your options. Learn more: https://skylightroofing.com/roof-repair-in-the-villages/ --- **2 days agoLearn more
