Armor Roofing & Home Improvement

The only one or two-star review we hold for Armor Roofing & Home Improvement.

ARMOR ROOFING of Tavares was hired earlier this year to fix a bad leak in our tile roof. We paid ARMOR ROOFING thousands of $, then had to hire another company and pay an additional $7,000 to fix the same leak. In our case, ARMOR ROOFING will not stand behind their work. in our case, ARMOR ROOFING will not honor a warranty. In our case, ARMOR ROOFING will not return calls or messages. Ethics is not a word I would use describing ARMOR ROOPFING.

Armor Roofing and Home Improvement is a top-notch company. We have been using them since 2010 for all our roofing needs: repairs, inspections, and a new roof installation. For a few years, Steve has been telling us to hold off, our existing roof had more good years left. He didn’t try and sell us a new roof when we didn’t need one. It was time…..so Armor Roofing just installed a new roof for us. Working with Steve, Nancy, Bryan, and Cassandra was a pleasure. They made it easy. The crew was on-time and efficient. You can trust these people to do a good job.

Justin's estimate was accurate, all inclusive, and free of hidden fees other companies tried to slip in. Cassandra helped gather information that I needed for my HOA approval and made the contract process simple. I was notified well in advance about delivery and start dates, and everything happened exactly on schedule. Bryan and the crew arrived right on schedule and immediately went to work protecting the entire area with tarps, and even covered my AC unit - surprisingly saving the unit from an amazing number of falling tacks. Armor added some extra crew due to weather concerns, and they finished my 2400 sq ft, complex hip roof in one day. Cleanup was excellent; and I found only 2 plastic caps and no nails at all. Was a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Fantastic service and experience from Justin, Cassandra and the team at Armor Roofing! They recently re-roofed our home which was coming to the end of its life. From the initial comprehensive quote with picture and report, to arranging install and payment, everything was quick, easy and simple, and it it was seamless despite being overseas owners from the UK. Big thanks to you both, and all the team who managed to remove our old roof, and reroof/new install in a day! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for roofing services. Thanks again - from Christopher & Ben

This is the second time we have used Armor Roofing. We were very pleased both times from the minute we first contacted them. Bobby came out and took the time to discuss everything with us about the different types of shingles and the warranty. He was very patient with us while trying to decide on what color to pick. Cassandra in the office is very pleasant and professional, plus she made signing the paperwork easy with her being a mobile notary. The crew showed up when scheduled. They kept in touch throughout the day to let us know what stage they were at and if we needed any additional plywood, prior to doing anything additional they always checked with us. They put down tarps to protect the grass and make sure no nails were in driveway, and when they left you wouldn’t even know they were there, no mess at all! . The supervisor Bryan came to talk to us at the end of the first day, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would 100% recommend.
