  Great job on roof. Took off 3 stars because of deceitful financing. Our decision to go with Covenant was based on 0% APR 18 month loan, but after roof replacement we received a financing letter informing us we had a $12k credit card (at maxed limit) and 9.99% APR. Do not recommend this company.

  Beware of this company! This company replaced a roof on one of my investment properties. I paid for the replacement roof in cash. Their roof will NOT pass home inspections. I’ve had (3) offers on the property and all backed out after buyers inspection due to the roof having visible moisture in the attic space. I put my trust in a company that failed me.

The roof replacement completed under contract passed final county inspection, and based on our review, the items at issue were outside the scope of the roofing work performed. We understand why this is frustrating for you and not the answer you were hoping for, but we take great pride in thoroughly addressing rare customer concerns, even when the concern falls outside the contracted work.

  I made the WORST mistake possible dealing with this company! Whatever your roofing needs it’s better to use a bucket than hire this company! They referred us to YGRENE!!!!! The sales representative, we now know only wanted the sale!!!!! We were charged $4,000 before we could close on a roof only 3 months old! We had to pay 5 years property taxes!!!!!!!!!!!! How is this LEGAL?

  Make sure of what they promise and your expectations are the same. Mine were not. I recommend caution especially if you use their finance plan. I asked to be informed as the work was being done. Didn't happen. I was not shown the work as it was in progress as requested.

  Covenant Roofing replaced my roof 2 years ago. On September 9th, we came home to find our roof leaking in our restroom. I called Covenant Roofing only to get a virtual assistant. Eventually, I got a call back and someone came to my house to confirm that my roof was indeed leaking. I was over 3 weeks before someone came out to fix the leak. I would not use Covenant again. I’m extremely disappointed.

  I liked that the crew is all in house employees (no contractors) and they can work unsupervised. My new roof looks beautiful and they also cleaned up my lawn of debris. I highly recommend Covenant on TPO roofing on your mobile home, thanks guys.

  We just had a new room put on and it turned out beautiful. The crew worked hard and long to have our roof done in a day and a half. The cleanup crew was awesome 👍. We love our new roof and it has a 15-year Life expectancy ☺️. I will be letting all my family and friends know that this is a great roofing company. If anyone needs a new roof call these guys.

  Strong rain and wind revealed a roof leak on my metal roof. The initial visit found several areas that needed maintenance and the leak.They took photos and explained everything needed and why, Within a few days the crew came out and all was taken care of. The guys were very knowledgeable and respectful, we strongly recommend Covenant roofing.
