  Don’t do business with this company beware of false promises. Mislead elderly and overcharge the issuance company on the bid than try to add on additional charges without authorization. Also crew left nails and pieces of the old roof in the yard, where my dog or anyone walking around could have stepped on, plus anyone you try to talk with is hard to deal with. Buyer beware 🚨

  Worst Roofing Company ever! Would take a book to explain how unprofessional, rude and how pitiful thier work that was done to my home is! If you see this Company at your doorway shut it and never hire them!

  Just got an estimate for my roof.. but I am Leary to go with it since the inspecting estimator, "salesman" trampled on my freshly seeded flower bed project, which is 15 feet or more away from the house.. He had no clue or "care" of his surroundings. Makes me wonder how the roofing crew is.. probably worse

During your installation it was discovered your electrical was in a failed state and needed to be completely overhauled with new wiring per the licensed electrical contractor that Next Dimension provided.   My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew were far below expectations. During the roofing project, a couple of my lawn ornaments were broken, nails were left scattered around my property, and the crew had to return to install a clamp on the electric service mast that was originally overlooked. This made me question what else may have been missed. When the job was finished, I had to ask them to blow debris off my patio, and the request was met with attitude. The billing process was equally frustrating. I repeatedly asked for a final invoice and was told it was emailed, but I could not access it. When I finally saw the bill, I was shocked to learn the balance was $2,500. The salesperson had clearly stated that my only out-of-pocket cost would be my $1,000 deductible. I even confirmed with the insurance adjuster that the insurance funds were sufficient to cover the roof and gutters and that my responsibility would be minimal, we calculated I would owe, less than the deductible. I was told two checks would be issued. The second after the job was completed. When I tried to explain this to the company rep and clarify who was responsible for notifying the insurance company that the job was complete, so the second check could be issued, the representative refused to listen and later text me a threat to place a lien on my home—only 11 business days after the job was finished. The only professional person I encountered was the salesperson, but if the information he provided was misleading, then it was simply a tactic to get the sale. Overall, I would not recommend this company. Poor workmanship, poor communication, misleading information, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing experience.

  Very unhappy with the outcome of my roof replacement. The reason I had my roof replaced was simply because of old age. Had no leaks or issues prior to the replacement. I was never informed during the assessment faze that my chimney stack had issues which wasn’t an issue prior to this install and now im left with a shiny new roof, damaged sheetrock, collapsing lanai cieling, a tarp, holes nailed into my new flat roof portion to secure the tarp, a good luck and a huge bill.

  Completely satisfied with the entire experience of having a new roof put on. They showed up on time, completed the work as promised and left my home with everything cleaned up. Andrew was amazing at giving us all the options available and working within our budget. Would highly recommend them.

  Excellent company to work with. Andrew went above and beyond, to match prices from other competitors. His quotes were endept and gave my client options and choices. In my line of work, I need to be able.to speak with a live person. I love that i'm able to reach Andrew when needed.

  What a wonderful experience we had with Next Dimension in securing the purchase of a new roof..   Ryan Little and James Rubio stopped by and knocked out my door for a free roof inspection. They were very helpful and honest about the condition of my roof. They did not find any damage but made me feel great about the experience. I will definitely reach when I need a roofing company in the future.

  Christoper Tarzia his presentation, professionalism and knowledge was outstanding, after many estimates we decided to go with Next Dimension Construction their certification and warranty was absolutely outstanding plus they expedited our roof replacement due to leaks, they have gone above and beyond expectations, thank you so much Christopher and Ryan.

  DJ made this whole experience of getting a new roof from beginning to end so easy for us. We would highly recommend them. And in the very beginning when he first came around to check out our roof, it was around Christmas time and he even offered to put up our lights up on the roof which I thought that was very nice of him. Great company. DJ is a wonderful young man.
