They don't do what they say they will. Was sold many things by the salesperson that never happened.

Ed, we are very sorry to learn you're dissatisfied with our roofing practices. We value your feedback as we always strive for our clients to have the best possible experience while working with us. We understand your concern and frustration about how we had to go about your roof's installation. Due to limited access around your property, we needed to use different equipment from what we used at your neighbor's home; we also took a different approach to tarping. Due to the challenging access around the home, we did create a stain in your driveway, which we promptly cleaned to ensure your property was left in good condition. We're glad you're satisified with the roof itself, and we remain committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please feel free to reach out to us as we welcome the opportunity to address your concerns so that we can meet your expectations in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to make things right!

Very impressed with Bradley Peterson our roof advisor with Eustis Roofing. He was on-time, professional, thourough inspection, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately Eustis roofing quote was way higher than 4 other competitors who all can in under 18k. We are selling our home so we were basically looking for the least out of pocket for this job. I would, however, absolutely refer Bradley.

Preston came out for an inspection because I had a leak. He was very accommodating, helpful and genuine. We had our repair done in a very timely fashion for a good price and Preston kept in touch throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Did nice job on new roof

Ken, we’re glad to hear you were pleased with the roof work, but we’re sorry about the issue with the nail in your tire. We always perform a detailed sweep of the area to ensure no nails or materials are left behind, especially in communities with golf carts. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some nails can occasionally be missed. We’d be happy to come back out and conduct another sweep to make sure the area is completely clear and take care of your tires. Your feedback is important, and we want to make this right. Please reach out so we can schedule a time to resolve this for you. Thank you so much.
