  Contractor blocked the driveway of my home, preventing my wife from parking. Called the company to have the vehicle moved, and no answer. Who wants to do business with a partner that makes things tough on neighbors?

  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our employee blocking your driveway and for the lack of immediate communication to resolve the situation. This does not reflect the standards we hold ourselves to as a company. Since this incident, we have taken steps to address the issue. The employee responsible is no longer with our company, and we have implemented additional training to ensure this does not happen again. The owners of the company reached out to you as soon as we heard of this issue to express our apologies and sent a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. We deeply value being a good neighbor and partner in the community and appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to improve.   We had an absolutely great experience with this roofing company! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly.   Brett, Caleb and the team did a wonderful job for us this week, installing a new sun tunnel. their communication was excellent, and all promises kept; a rarity these days.   As a home inspector, I work with contractors and roofing companies all the time, so trust and integrity mean everything to me when referring someone to my clients. I first came across 6th Gen Roofing when I personally had a roof issue at my own home. Their employee came out, fixed the problem quickly, and never once tried to pressure me into a new roof or point out “issues” that I know weren’t there. That level of honesty is rare in this industry. Too many roofing companies rely on fear tactics or overselling, but 6th Gen Roofing did the exact opposite. They treated me fairly, were straightforward, professional, and focused on solving the actual issue instead of creating unnecessary repairs. As someone who inspects homes for a living, I can usually tell pretty quickly who has integrity and who doesn’t. Having a roofing company I can confidently trust not to rip off my clients means more to me than anything, and because of that, 6th Gen Roofing will always be my number one referral. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest roofing company that genuinely cares about doing the right thing.

  I had the entire roof and attic inspected by Sixth Gen Roofing and they exceeded my expectations and relieved all of my concerns. To say the inspection was thorough is an understatement, I attached some pictures to demonstrate the tremendous detail and difficulty of this process. I had no idea they would actually cover every square foot inside the attic and on top of the roof. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and I easily scheduled the inspection on the website at 10pm without speaking to anyone. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and, best of all, there were no leaks, damage or repairs from the hail storm. Although it was not needed, they also explained the insurance claim process for future reference. Overall, I was very impressed with Sixth Gen Roofing and highly recommend to anyone for roofing service.
