Amazing service! I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. I got great pricing and quality work. They did not lie in their motto! They went way above my expectations, highly recommended.

Silva Roofing installed a new roof on my house last year. I am very pleased to say that after Hurricane Ian, my roof still looks brand new...not one shingle missing!

This company is absolutely the best. I received several estimates and Silva Roofing was right in there with a fair estimate. They arrived in a timely manner, were personable, professional, efficient cleaned up remarkably well after completion of the job and stand behind their work. I can't recommend Siva Roofing enough you can't go wrong with them.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Silva Roofing, based on my recent experience with this family business. My house suffered a roof leak last year after some particularly bad weather. I had a number of contractors look at it to determine the source of the leak and how to repair it. Most of the people who showed up were only interested in replacing the entire roof without any repair options and the pricing of repair options was ridiculous. I called Silva Roofing, after seeing their sign on a nearby job. Rafael, the owner, showed up, along with his assistant, and proceeded to examine both the exterior and interior roof. They were the only ones to pinpoint and show me where the leak originated and suggested how to mitigate pending a total roof replacement, which I had decided to do in any event. Their pricing was reasonable. They started the job at the time promised and cleaned up debris at the end of each day. I was sent pictures of the job as it progressed including where they had to replace damaged plywood. Overall, a professional operation and a pleasant group of people to do business with.
