  Please do not send solicitors out to neighborhoods at 7:30 pm! That is terribly inconsiderate of families with small children, and also- your poor employees going door to door in the cold & dark! Not safe. Please stop.

On rare occasions, we may visit after work hours to connect with homeowners while they’re available. However, we completely agree that 7:30 PM is too late, and we’ll review this situation to ensure our guidelines are properly followed.   We experienced a roof leak that Signature Exteriors inspected and determined where the leak was and initially repaired. However, it turned out to be a more difficult process to determine where the leak was and what the cause was. It took several return vistts by Issac Hinson to find the problem and because of his dogged determination to fix this issue, we are 100% satisfied, completely dry and Iwe can't give enough praise to Issac and Signature Exteriors! They didn't just dismiss our concerns, they faced them head on until we were happy!

  My experience with salesman Josh was absolutely the most pleasant, informative and overall nice experience I have ever had. This guy is super nice and personable and takes time to explain every aspect of the products and services available. He is top notch and does everything possible to satisfy the customer. This guy is going places! This company is super lucky to have someone like Josh! Thank you for making this easy for me!

  We worked with the General Manager Thomas Thompson. Through out the process, he was very professional, present and prompt to respond to any concerns or needs. His crew was also very courteous and efficient. We highly recommend Signature Exteriors.
