  I have changed my review from a 4 star to a 1 star. They would not warranty my roof after damage from Helene even though the roof was only 2 years old. The new roofing company we used found numerous poor quality issues in materials used & workmanship of my roof. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed in their response to my concerns.

  The roofing nails were too long. The Project Manager did not get to the job site until 2.5 hours after it started. The Supervisor of the crew was busy replacing damaged plywood. I was reimbursed $1100 for the damage but I had to cut the nails and paint the area. The roof looked great and the clean up was good. I am not sure if I would use Roofers LLC again.

  The crew running this company has not been in business 39+ years as their website states. They must have purchased the name. These people are new. No office, no secretary and they're terrible at communicating with the customer and each other. BEWARE, it's been a long and stressful 3 weeks dealing with these people.

  Came out the same day inspected and repaired the issue. I was even shown a video of the issue. Really great service and would recommend.

  They were able to get someone out to our home, the next day. This company is quick, honest and most of all personable. Alex came to our home and did a full inspection. He took pictures of all issues and repaired them. Alex even repaired issues we did not know we had. I would highly recommend this company and will be telling all of my family, friends and neighbors about the care and service I received.

  Answered our call on a Sunday! Came out early Monday, fixed the issue, discussed the repair with pictures and video and didn’t charge me!!! I didn’t think folks like this existed anymore!! Six stars!!!

  I had high hopes that this company was going to be different, however, it appears they are not.. I called about a roof repair, they came out, gave me a quote and then I emailed them with a question..they never responded to the email, so I called..they answered and when I asked if I was scheduled for the repair, they said they'd call me right back. I've never heard back from them..so disappointing. I want to update my previous review.. Roofers, LLC reached out to me after this post, and I want to let it be known that they did try to reach out to me, however the email was not received. They have been very prompt with rectifying the miss communication and have worked with me in getting my work scheduled.. they were very helpful, professional and courteous on all of this..it is greatly appreciated.
