  Mr. Jason shroud is not very professional and he came out to give me a quote didn't even climb up on the roof just spouted off a number not even looking at storm damage

  Allen, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Our team did come out with the intention of evaluating the roof and providing an accurate quote. However, we were unable to speak directly with an adult at the residence to review the project or receive permission to access the roof. Out of respect for homeowners and their property, we do not perform inspections or climb onto a roof without clear authorization. Because of that, we were not able to complete a full assessment. We take pride in providing thorough, professional estimates, and we regret that we couldn’t do that in this situation. We wish you the best in finding the right solution for your roofing needs.

  Hi Alex, After reviewing photos and the conversations on your profile I have many questions regarding your review. After initially looking at your roof on November 19th and providing you with an estimate it took until January 16th for you to sign a contract with us and allow us the opportunity to start the process. It appears that almost immediately our team came out and got your roof covered with a tarp. We were absolutely slammed with storm damage (as were many other companies due to Hurricane Helene) We also allowed you to make a reduced deposit (25%) at your request. Financing was never applied for but we allowed you to make payments anyway directly to us. We completed this work on April 8th.. and took payments on the following dates: 4/18/25 5/8/25 5/29/25 All interest free. I hate that you had to wait on this work to be completed, it is never our intention, we simply had to complete the work we received in the order we received it during an overwhelmingly busy time due to the storm and many other customers did not wait months to sign their agreements for us to start work during that time.   Extremely Disappointed. I hate to have to spend so much time writing a review like this. My experience was horrible. Whoever their project manager is did a terrible job. There is absolutely no communication with this company. Be prepared to be double checking work and calling them constantly. We went under contract with Beemer on March 20th for a new roof and gutter repairs/replacement with gutter guards. The roof went on fine and they cleaned up well. I was told if there was any OSB that needed removed and replaced I would be notified at the time. They laid on the change order a week after. Not really a big deal (it needed it) but they probably should’ve had me authorize that prior to doing it. Then the gutters…. I assume they sub this out but my word do they not follow up at all. Our gutters finally fully went on May 20th after constant follow ups. Finally after telling Joyce with Beemer the situation of how delayed and how my soffits have been exposed for weeks did she tell me that they she would make sure they are there and take care of it. She actually came through. Then I get a call June 9th from the Salesman, they didn’t put the gutter guard on. Assumed this would be take care of. Looked today when installing a flood light. I only have gutter guards on half my house. Very very shocked at how they could have such a good reputation. As a first time home buyer, it was extremely disheartening to have to ensure so heavily that work is being completed. Beemer feel free to give me a call if you would like additional feedback. I have a lot more to add.

  Melissa, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our team. We were simply being honest with you in telling you that we do not service your type of roof and backing out of your project. There are many other contractors that would have taken your money and caused further damage. We did not complete any roof services for you.

  Beemer kept us updated regarding weather delays. Repair was made on improper installation (made during original house construction) of pipe boot.

  Seriously???? I just paid $350 for one of their guys to tighten a few bolts where my gutter had come away from the house. I paid it because I would have gotten stuck with a service call but please……+350 for ten minutes work? Never again!

  Jan, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed. We'd just like to clarify one point for anyone reading your review: we do not charge a service fee to come out and provide an estimate. Every estimate we provide is completely free, and there is never any obligation to have the work completed. After providing the free estimate, the quoted price was approved before any work began. Because it was a very small repair, we actually completed the work below our normal minimum repair charge in an effort to help get the issue resolved. We understand it can be frustrating when a repair is completed quickly but still carries a cost. What isn't always visible is the travel, scheduling, insurance, equipment, and experience required to perform the work safely and correctly. While we're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations, we appreciate the opportunity to have served you and wish you all the best.

  There are a lot of roofing companies out there,but with careful consideration I chose Winding River Construction.First I needed my chimney repaired and they helped me find someone to repair my chimney. Most of my contact was with Tom Toyama,sales manager of Winding River Construction. He explained the process,the type of materials, brought samples for me to pick my shingle color and was patient with me and my endless questions. The installation of the roof was so easy on me.The crew arrived, quickly went to work,and in about 10 hours, I had a new roof on my home and garage.The clean up was fantastic,they cleaned up everything,you couldn't tell that they had even been there, except for the beautiful new roof. I tried to ad photos but for some reason this site would not let me. I can tell you my roof is perfect and I am so pleased with all they did. Thank you Winding River Construction .
