  I will never recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. They are smooth talkers and scammers. They charged 1 price then torn up our gutter beyond repair and tried to bill my insurance. I alerted the insurance company but then the roofing company gave me a price to replace but when I got the last bill it was 3 times the amount. I despise scammers, liars and cheaters. Their communication was the worse. They half did things, we have since had to have another company come and fix things that they half did. I will never use them and I wouldn't recommend at all.

  J Alex Coleman was my project manager. I never received contact from him if I didn't initiate it, he was always 'just about to call me.' 7 months after Helene, I still didn't have a roof. He was 'going back and forth with insurance', but they hadn't heard from him in months. I specifically told him to put me on for repairs and we would hash out insurance stuff as I already had more than enough to cover his costs. Crickets, and I haven't heard back from him since. I'm writing this review to let you know you're fired and I already have a new roof. I contacted MD Roofing and it took them 2 weeks to have a new roof completely installed. They are actively communicating with my insurance company and I couldn't be happier. Don't call Lanier, call MD Roofing and ask for Zack. This is the 2nd time I've tried to work with Lanier and ended up unsatisfied, so safe to say you won't be hearing from me again. Edit: I believe you should have all my relevant contact information if you have any desire to reach out to me. Unless J Alex lost my number, which would explain why I haven't heard from y'all in months.

  Just a heads up. If you live in a manufactured home, don't contact this company. They told us they don't service mobile homes.

  I called to get an estimate and we scheduled 1/20/2020 to come out. They came out as scheduled but since then I cannot get a response from the person who came. It has been over a week. I have left my cell phone, office phone, and email. I have called numerous times and left messages. They lost this opportunity and any future business

  I unfortunately live next door to one of their jobs. I looked out to discover them in my yard with tarps and ladders. No one knocked or asked permission. This is criminal trespassing. I called the city and they told me to call the cops. I tried to work it out on my own to no avail. Despite several requests, they would not stop and would not clean up their mess. I finally did call the police. They still left nails everywhere. I spent hours cleaning it all up and yes, I stepped on them also. Avoid these unprofessional people.

  They did a great job! Roof was 23 years old and original to the house. Post tear off they found one spot with some rot. Explained how it could have happened, and repaid it. Great communication. The clean up they did after looked like no one was ever there. They did not ask for any upfront money. Which I was very happy with. I’d recommend them before major roofing company’s any day.

  Lanier Roofing did an excellent job. The crew was knowledgeable and very efficient. Their prep work of laying out tarps ensured protection during the install and a flawless cleanup. No nails or trash lying around anywhere when the work was done. Absolutely pleased.

  Doug Keel helped me tremendously in securing a claim on our roof and also gave us a very fair estimate to do the work. The team that replaced my roof did a very good job including the cleanup. I would recommend them.

  Jerry, Herman and the entire crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They took extra care in protecting everything around the house and especially the pool. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend Lanier Roofing.
