  Yes I’m back. After my gutter completely fell to the ground. Now my siding that ATD installed is buckling. Whatever you do not hire this company. I’m constantly having to call them to get an update. I can’t talk to anyone except the guy that answers the phone. I’ve never heard where you can’t talk to a manager to escalate the problem. I am very concerned about the damage being done due to my siding been warped for who knows how long. Everytime there’s a problem with the work they do, they want to blame the weather to escape responsibility. I hate I chose this company. And I chose them because the sales rep Donny told a bunch of lies to get people’s business. It is horrible to take advantage of victims of an emergency declaration hail storm. And the only thing I can do is write reviews and call the office 50 11 times. Don’t do this to yourself. Pass on ATD roofing.

  Be careful. They will lie to you to get the sale. Our salesman told us we could get a specific product (frosted glass in skylights) and even noted it in the contract. At installation they told us that product didn't exist. Expect minimal communication and no follow up from project managers and support teams.

  ATD didn't show up for the originally scheduled install day. We were told the roof would take one day to complete, but it took well over a month. They improperly installed the roof 3 times. Some of the problems were improperly staggering the shingles, installing damaged shingles, and installing a different colored shingle. Several times they said they would be out on a certain day to fix it but didn't show up and didn't bother to tell me they were no longer coming out. Then they would randomly show up to the house without notifying me. They broke one of my outlets and an interior hanging light. They also left tons of trash (coffee cups, cigarettes, and stuffed a chip bag in our trailer hitch). They also left roofing material everywhere, including sharp nails which ended up causing a flat tire on our car. They also took 3 of our tie down straps and a full sheet of plywood. And left our attic space covered in debris. Would not recommend ATD!

  Our experience with ATD was not the best to say the least.The level of disrespect and unfair treatment has just be profound beyond comprehension. We contacted them about fixing the hail damage a lot of residents endured. We were lied to by our roofer Chris who told us the roof would be done in one day. It ended up being a three day process. Chris also made an uncomfortable statements about how many people stay in our house, which had nothing to do with the job, and I told him it was very inappropriate and that they needed to worry about the repairs. After the roof was done, we asked about the siding that was also discussed to be replaced and was told that it wasn’t in the contract. Upon him looking at our contract, it was stated that our vinyl siding was to be replaced as well. He didn’t even have a crew handy to take care of it, since that was suppose to be done on day two of the roof repair. This was in August of 2023. It took two months after the roof repair for the siding to even be started. Fast forward to now in October, the vinyl siding situation was a disaster. We called Jeff several times on multiple occasions and he would mention that he would always get back to us and never did. Finally when the crew came, it was suppose to take a day like our roof but it hadnt. The job is still yet to be done, and it is going on day 7 and our yard is trashed with soda cans, nails, boxes, broken vinyl pieces and food containers. Halloween is right around the corner and it is a safety hazard for the children, alongside pets. Not to mention HOA violations. All in all, this was the most unprofessional job we have experienced since living in our home. We would not recommend this service at all.

  Kenneth is everything you could ask for. He took care of everything I needed fixed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His work ethic is excellent. He’s reliable, professional, and actually follows through on what he says he’s going to do. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a good job. Premier Roofing is a solid company, and Kenneth is a big reason why. I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else after working with him. Highly recommend Kenneth and Premier Roofing. Great experience from start to finish.

  Mike’s customer service skills are off the charts excellent. I needed some help with a project and he went to work getting me connected with the people who could help. For reasons that made better sense for us we went a different direction with our project but I’m so impressed with Mike and Premier Roofing, it’ll be my first call for any needs I might have in the future.

  We had a water damage a few weeks ago and source of the leak was a mystery. Rocky Herdinar, one of the companies representatives arrived today to investigate the cause and in short order, because of his knowledge and experience identified the root cause and fixed the problem before he left. I would be remiss if I didn’t add to my experience today with Rocky my impression of him. Professional, competent and detailed oriented just scratches the surface of his character. He was personable, kind and sensitive to the disruption of a loss, such as this has on a household. Hayes Roofing hit the jackpot with Rocky and I suspect he is but one example of an extraordinary pool of talent that makes up the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any need for our home.

  I called this company in an emergency situation to help with what I thought was a roof leak. Mike was so helpful and was willing to send somebody out asap to take a look. He was also willing to help us find somebody to patch the ceiling where the water damage occurred. I would certainly recommend Premiere to help with any roof leak!

  Had an opportunity this past week to work with ATD on updating my insurance policy for roof work done about 5 years ago. I neglected to provide the proper documentation to my insurer when work was completed, so my policy was out of date. Let me say, I figured it was going to be a hassle being so long ago. However, with Mike's help it was pretty painless. He was able to pull the original contract, completion photos, and email them the same day. Two days later the underwriter got back to me, and I'm current. Wanted to drop this note because of the excellent customer service, even years after the work was done. The work itself is holding up great as well. No issues to date. Thanks again, Mike.
