  So, tired calling the number multiple times, always went to voicemail so I guess I have to add my complaint here. I was at a gas station when I watched one of their employees, the truck had 70 on the back window, go into the gas station, by a beer and then open and DRINK IT in said truck during what I guess was a lunch break. I’m sure the company is great for roofing but all it takes is this one bad employee to kill somebody on the road for everyone to remember this company but not for roofs. Maybe pick up the phone more often so I don’t have to blast this issue on the internet. 😕

  They did our roof about 4 years ago. I called them for roof leaking, they said it is not under warranty. They even did not bother to come and see if shingles related or not.

  Hi Adem - I discussed this with with my staff earlier today, Even though you are out of warranty, standard protocol would be for us to send a technician out and review the issue, then make an decision/evaluation based on our findings. I did ask the office to reach out and explain this an set-up an appointment.

  I recently worked with a salesman named Marlon that I found to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never work with this company and recommend you don't either.

  Hi Chad - I will be reporting this review, it has NO BASIS OR RELEVENCE pertaining to Allcon Roofing. Marlon (A Salesman at Allcon) hired you on a personal basis to do irrigation repairs at his Personal Home - he was not pleased with your workmanship and your reluctance to return and rectify the issues. Your personal dispute has absolutely nothing to do with Allcon Roofing or the way in which we conduct business. I find this behavior very spiteful, undignified and totally unnecessary.

  Allcon was hired as an approved vendor for my HOA. I had a leak which the maintenance company hired by the property Mgt company worked on several times. Allcon was paid to come inspect the work which they furnished photographs, and a summary. Six months later I was in process of selling my house, and a potential buyer contacted Allcon. Allcon not only furnished them the inspection which they were hired, and paid for by the HOA, but also released to them photographs of my roof. In addition they gave them an estimate that was twice the actual cost should it need to be replaced. The buyer as a result ask for a significant discount even though his home inspector said the roof was ok. Allcon’s response was they made a common error in quote, and he was a good customer. Obviously they wanted a job, and were willing to do anything to get it. They have since been informed by the HOA they will no longer being done future work. There was an obvious conflict of interest which they chose to ignore.

  Beware of this company...they wanted to charge me $150 cash for a estimate on my roof. I offered to give them $20 for gas. I felt like being gouged.

  Hi Stan - I am sorry you feel this way, however the Skilled Roofing Technician/s who would be evaluating and estimating your repairs are Actual Employees, paid hourly, Insured for both Liability and Workers Compensation (This Protects you the owner) using Allcon Roofing vehicles that are also insured, and as you know there are costs associated with running and maintaining vehicles. Hence, that is why we charge an inspection fee. Furthermore, as was explained upfront, provided you use Allcon Roofing to carry our the repairs the $150 charge would be deducted from the Repair Cost.   Do not use this company. They worked, a term I use liberally here, on my family's home for months, without explanation as to why nothing was being done. They had tarps on the roof, which had been torn or blown off because they were on there for over four months. Good luck trying to get the tarps replaced and the actual work to be done. What a complete nightmare. The house they were supposed to work on was the butt of neighborhood jokes because all the other damaged homes, due to a hail storm, in the same neighborhood had already been fixed. I sincerely apologize if we have failed to get your repairs done in a timely manner - If you reach out to me via email I will reach out and deal with this as a matter of urgency. Allcon has contracted with over 800 Homeowners since the March Storm and I would be the first to admit that a couple have slipped through the cracks, this is not acceptable but it happens.   So I want to say that this was the best experience I’ve had with any company for home repairs. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They also showed videos of all my weak spots on my roof and explained the different types of shingles that was gonna be good for my house. I will definitely recommend Kristin and the great staff that they have 10/10 times.

  I can clearly understand the trepidation associated with calling a roofing company, even if you believe your repair should be a relatively simple task. Well, calling Allcon Roofing will, absolutely, relieve your anxiety. Allcon Roofing is an honorable company operating under the highest of standards. My experience with them easily proved that assertion. Ashley McGraw, in their office, was my first contact and remained in-touch, as needed. Zack Johnson, Field Technician, came out and did a complete roof preview before acknowledging the minor repair needed, as well as another simple item he noticed. Zack followed up with a detailed quote and also confirmed the eventual service call. Additionally, he followed up with me during the day the service was performed. Ricardo and Eddie were the two field servicemen who knew exactly what was needed and quickly went to task. Thereafter, they inspected again, ensuring that my roof was in great condition. Finally, they performed a full gutter cleaning and left my property with it looking better than when they arrived. No surprises, just honest service - professionally handled by a wonderful group of service-oriented people. All this at an extremely fair price. So, roof trepidation? Not when you use Allcon Roofing.   Allcon is a great roofing company. They haven’t tried to sell us anything we don’t need and have made helpful recommendations on our older roof. Zack Johnson helped us out both times. Great attention to detail and went out of his way to sort everything with our roof. We will definitely be using them when it’s time to replace our roof.

  I'd give Allcon Roofing 10 Stars if I could. And I'd give Kristin another 10 Stars. Never did I feel like I was just another customer. Kristin was the nicest and most professional person. She helped me from day 1. Inspected my old roof, answered every question I had and stayed in contact with me almost daily. I'm completely happy with my roof and my experience. And I would 100% recommend Allcon Roofing to anyone needing repairs or a new roof.

  The response time from Allcon Roofing was the next day after my call. The roof inspector Zach was great and within one day and a 'water test' pinpointed the source of the leak and it was not the roofing but the siding installation.
