  Terrible experience with this company working for our condo association. They don’t communicate dates or times they will roof. They start work as early as 6am and stop as late as 9pm. This is very loud and disrespectful for people living in top floor units.

  This company appeared sound and through another connection I was about to sign a contract with them. Through my thorough research, I decided I want a GAF roof replacement with GAF Golden Pledge Warranty. This warranty can only be offered by a GAF Master Elite certified contractor and requires a GAF lifetime Shingle AND 5 other GAF accessory products installed to qualify for this 50yr/25yr warranty. NVR sales manager took over the project and lied about the 1st rep as sent to handle another project. Bruce sent me 4 different contracts that required e signatures. Each one differed to the others as what was agreed was not on the contract. The last contract he presented to me carried the Shingle+4 GAF accessories not 5 as GAF requires. I called GAF 3 different times and asked if they would approve my Golden Pledge warranty if sent by the proper contractor to which they said they will NOT approve as it has only 4 accessories. NVR also wrote "GAF Shingle mate SYNTHETIC underlayment" as one accessory. I asked Bruce and their general manager Deryl if Shingle mate is actually Synthetic and both said yes it is. GAF has only 3 types synthetic underlayment and Shingle mate is NOT one which GAF confirmed to me. NVR lied here purposely as Shingle mate is cheaper. Then when I asked both these people about my Golden Pledge Warranty qualifications, NVR said they install thousands of roofs and they give this warranty with the shingle+4 GAF accessories. Here is the catch 22: I sign the econtract. NVR agrees and install my roof ($21K). Upon completion of my roof installation, NVR applies for the GP warranty with GAF for my roof and GAF denies it as it does not qualify for that. NVR will not replace the roof nor will they remove the new installation without an additional charge and I will have the roof with no warranty from gaf! Then, I asked NVR why they have no Ridge Caps in my list as GAF pointed that out to me. NVR said they do have it but acted surprised as they conveniently forgo

  They replaced our roof and it began to leak within 17 months. Left multiple messages and they have not even returned a call. I don't recommend them at all.

  Exactly 25 months after this company finished our roof, it started leaking. I called and was told that there was no warranty on the roof; if we wanted to have it repaired it was a minimum of $495 to have someone come out to look at it. I would never under any circumstances recommend a company like this that did not stand by their work.

  Legum and Norman keeps NV Roofing in their rolodex. We pay. And NV does what amounts to nothing. As a result, we have had water damage resulting from heavy rains that is now costing us thousands more, all because it was not handled or managed properly. Proceed with caution.

  Terrible experience that started out solid until insurance made my repair smaller than anticipated. What was due to be completed in mid-August wasn't done until end of December and the only time I could get return calls or feedback from the company was when they wanted money. They even asked me to pay before they had finished THEIR part of the job. There was no communication and they would have repair crews show up unannounced. I would not recommend unless you spend enough to, perhaps, warrant their full attention.

  The team arrived on time; they went to work to seal the holes and they showed me the work that was done. They cleaned up and left the area better than it was when they arrived.

  A last minute roofing inspection was required and I called NV Roofing and spoke to Claudia who was very professional. She advised me that Hector would be available in the morning the next day in which he arrived on time and was on the roof and inspection completed within in minutes. Great company great service and my neighbors say they will use them as well. Keep up the great work!

  They did exactly what they promised and left me satisfied. A couple days after they finished, I noticed that two slats had been knocked off my fence. I planned on nailing them back up myself, as this was an easy enough fix. However, the next day I discovered they had been replaced with brand new slats. Great attention to detail!

  We live in Ashburn Virginia in the Belmont neighborhood. As grateful as I am to have our new roof, I’m not grateful that the supplies, Porta, potty, and all the crap that comes with this job, that has been parked in front of our house for the past four months. I’m not sure why the stuff needs to be here this long and do all the other houses and leave us with this inconvenience. I almost pull out and hit it every time I’m backing out of my driveway, plus we have little children, and I don’t like them running around all these strangers that are in and out of our neighborhood every day. How much longer must we live like this?

We empathize with how frustrating this can be. This is a large-scale roofing project involving 19 buildings, which requires materials, equipment, and temporary facilities to remain onsite throughout the different phases of construction. The locations of the staging areas and portable restrooms were reviewed and approved directly with the HOA. The portable restrooms have also been placed within a fenced area to help minimize their visibility and impact on residents. We take your concerns regarding driveway access and neighborhood safety seriously and will share your feedback with our project team so they can review the area. We appreciate your patience while we work to complete the remaining buildings as safely and efficiently as possible.

  Jeff Shrinsky did an amazing job explaining the window and door installation process. The installers did a great job installing and removing the old windows/doors as well as cleaning up after. We are very happy with our purchase.

  I have used NV Roofing for years. They are always responsive and reliable. Their entire team conducts themselves with integrity and develops trust with their clients. Their communication from start to finish of a project is excellent. Andy Barnes was a property manager years ago - so he understands our industry and is able to assist with projects in a way that makes our lives easier. I highly recommend NV Roofing for your next roofing project - big or small.
