  The roof was poorly and insufficiently repaired. After the job, leaks continued, and the shingles were mismatched. The team seems unprofessional and inexperienced. There were no follow-ups or updates, and communication was appalling. paid more for poor quality labor. I would not suggest it to anyone. Very dissatisfied with the overall encounter.

  I really hate giving bad reviews but I called this phone number. An answering service picks up and basically pages the only guy that answers. I had a simple project which was to discard 2 vents on my roof and replace with 2 pvc candy cane pipes and replace the flashing. Very easy project for an experienced roofer. Initially the guy was nice and said he would come out on a Tuesday. Then everyday since then he basically kept pushing me off and finally said he was too busy. I would call someone more professional and caring Update….3 years later and finally had a response on google about this review. As mentioned before, they are slow getting back and as you all can see on timeline, 3 years is a long time to respond back. Maybe their work is good though.

  This is a company that is very professionally operated. This means they were courteous, on schedule, easy to communicate with and most of all the job performed was excellent. Henry is a man you can depend on for your roofing needs.

  Frank was great to work with. I called him about a leaking flat roof after getting a quote from another contractor, and he was able to offer the same type of repair at a much better price. The leak was urgent, and he came out right away to take a look. After checking the roof, he gave us a quote on the spot and said he could have someone there the next morning. Just like he said, Gilbert showed up the next day and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. The service was fast, the price was fair, and the communication was clear the whole time. I highly recommend Frank, Gilbert, and their team for flat roof repair or any roofing needs. We will definitely call them again in the future.
