  Tom, manager, was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. He was late both times we met. I asked for a business card the first time, and he didn’t have any. The propriety shingles on the main house make it difficult to find other roofers to reroof the porch since other roofers can’t get sheriff goslin shingles. I reached out in April for a quote. It was quoted and I waited until August to try to schedule the work. I called to schedule and never got a response and no call back. I then contacted again in early October with another visit to look at the roof since he didn’t remember looking at it the first time. The quotes are all verbal. During the early October visit, I asked how long they are good for and his response was “whenever I change it”, which is unheard of. The price went up 12% in 6 months. Another roofers quote went up 2% in the same time for a comparison. Be sure to get something in writing, so you know what you are getting here. He left because of my “attitude” and I am now going with a different roofer that agreed to hold their original WRITTEN quote after 6 months. Use caution with sheriff goslin!

  I called to schedule an appointment to have them come out and look at my roof. I was told I would have Tom come out at 4. I never got a call saying he was on the way. So at 3:40 I called to make sure we were still on for the appointment. He told me he was running a little behind and 4:30 would be the latest he would be here. I call at 5 because Tom had still not shown up. He told me it would be another 15 minutes because he was still running behind. If going to be over an hour late you might want to call the customer and let them know, not professional at all.

  I called Sherriff Goslin roofing 2 weeks ago and the gentleman said he would meet me there around 6pm he never showed up. So I called him a couple days later he said he got busy..lol. so he said ill call you Thursday or Friday to meet you , and he never called. Unbelievable and by the way his name is Jeff

  Called regarding a roof leak/inspection. Yesterday was told they would come out between 1p-3p; by 7p I still had not heard from company so I called them; they apologized said they would be out this morning at 9am. Never showed nor called. Poor customer service.

  It took weeks to get a rep out to give us a bid. We never received the bid in writing after repeated requests. The work date keeps going out by a week or two. The company has never initiated a call to tell us that the scheduled work has to be postponed...again. I call weekly and Tom is rude, unprofessional and apparently doesn't want/ need the work. We will take our business to a company that wants it.

  Austin and Justin came to look at my roof and due to scheduling confusion I was not there with them. They called me to make sure they were looking at what I needed and again to explain to me what was going on and making sure I understood what was happening. I appreciated the thorough explanation and also the flexibility in still completing the evaluation without me there! 10/10 customer service. Thanks again Justin and Austin!

  EXCELLENT!!! I don't do reviews but Justin deserves 5 stars. That near tornado storm caused a leak on the roof. Justin came out the same day I called, super friendly with quality service that fixed the problem. Highly recommended.

  After receiving four inches of rain the ceiling in a bedroom showed water damage. Tom and Justin came over to inspect and stated the roof was fine, flashing of a pipe vent had cracked. The crew replaced and caulked the flashing in minutes and at no cost. Tom stated when I have a real problem give him a call, which I will.

  Called Justin about some gutter leaks. He came out same day to evaluate and sealed the two problem areas. He also gave us an estimate for a new roof. We have some decisions to make since we are on a fixed income, but we appreciate his quick response and honesty about work that is needed. Very friendly and professional.

  Working with Justin from Sheriff Gosling Roofing was a great experience. I had some shingle damage caused by tree branches and wind, and Justin arrived the very first time with everything he needed to get the job done. He was professional, communicative, and finished the entire repair in under two hours. He really went above and beyond to ensure the roof was back in top shape quickly. Truly a fantastic job, I highly recommend him for your roofing needs.
