  Mr. Edwards, Thank you for the 1-star review. We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. While we acknowledge that perhaps not every aspect of your repair was performed to our usual high standards, we feel that several of your points deserve further explanation. You were initially quoted the price of a decking repair to remediate an atypical ridge in your shingles, along with re-flashing your chimney. Upon further inspection, our repair technician determined that a lifted rafter, not decking, was the source of the issue. As this repair was beyond the scope of the estimate and the abilities of our repair tech, the repair was changed to a chimney re-flashing repair, and the estimate was appropriately discounted. Completing this repair required the replacement of shingles around the chimney. As your roof is 15 years old, our repair technician warned you that replacing some of the current shingles with new shingles would result in a color mismatch. Shingle color naturally fades with exposure to sunlight and degranulation; 15 years of these phenomena inevitably result in significant color differences that most homeowners find unappealing, so our repair technician felt obligated to advise you of the fact. You understood and authorized the repair under these conditions. When you expressed dissatisfaction with the variegated appearance of your roof as a result of this decision, we then took the extra time, at no additional charge, to take one of your old shingles to a supply company to determine if a comparable shingle of a different brand could be found. As luck would have it, a close match did indeed exist. We then presented this new shingle to you alongside your original brand and series to ensure a match. When you approved the new shingle, we installed it and dropped your quote by 50%—a sizeable discount, especially considering that our repair technician also repaired damaged chimney flashing on your upper roof slope free of charge.   If I could give negative stars I would. This company came and gave an estimate for a new roof due to a leak and ensured the new roof would fix the issue. The roof was replaced and the leak continued within 2 weeks. They came back out and added caulk. The winter hit. Things froze and no leak until the end of January. They came back out and added more caulk. Leak continued and they came out and said it was not their issue. The chimney has now been replaced and HVAC companies have been out and all state that the roof was done poorly, there is continued leaking and wood / water damage. And we’ve been told that this is no longer a Precision roofing problem. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE THAT YOUR NOT GUARENTEED A FIX AND THEY WILL NOT ENSURE YOUR HOME IS UP TO PAR BEFORE COLLECTING MONEY AND LEAVING YOUR HOME STRANDED. I am not postpartum and this adds to my stress daily as well as the money I spent to fix my home that is now wasted. Do not use this company if you want the work done well the first time.

  Precision roofing called me today asked me if I had picked a roofer yet. I told them who I picked and then the sales person started bad mouthing the company I picked. I'm guessing as a final attempt to get my business. It's ok to not agree with my decision but not ok to try and use scare tactics to try and gain business. They seemed great up until that point. They were also $1000 more than any other estimate I got. I believe I ended up with 8 estimates total. I had heard great things about them. Never got work done by them so can't speak to workmanship only speaking about the sales person.

  Friendly team and no pressure sales. Kendall came out to inspect and didn’t try to push a new roof when it wasn’t necessary. Also did some needed caulking while he was up there. Will be calling them the next time a storm comes through.

  Very professional and honest! Kendall Holsten came out, did a thorough inspection of my roof and gave his honest opinion about the status of my roof. Even though I didn’t need any repairs that day, his honesty and professionalism impressed me enough that I will be going with Precision Roofing in the future!

  Precision Roofing was a great company to do business with. They were fast and responsive. Kendal was my project manager and handled my quote. He was honest and upfront in his evaluation of my roof and gutters. He sold me only the services that I needed. He did not pressure me into something that was not necessary or try to up sale on unnecessary products. Once the job was finished pictures of the work was provided. If you are in need of roof repair/replacement or gutter replacement definitely reach out to Precision Roofing and ask for Kendal. I will be calling them again if I am in need of more roofing or gutter work.

  From the time I called to have my roof inspected to the time it was finished was only like 2 hours total. I was blown away with the service of the office team and by Josh who came out to inspect the house! They were awesome!

  I had a small roof leak a roofing company attempted to fix 3 times and failed, then stopped showing up.I called Precision Roofing they showed up the next day and spotted the problem right away repaired quickly for a more than fair price. Thank you!!

  These guys were lifesavers! My downspout had fallen from wind. They were installing next door and immediately came over and reattached mine. Extremely secure and saved me trying to find a handyman. If I need any other repairs, I will definitely call this company!! Thanks!!
