  We are truly sorry to hear you are experiencing a leak, no homeowner wants to go through that. However, it’s important to clarify the situation and explain why your workmanship and manufacturer warranty are no longer valid. Just days after your project was completed, you had a third party on your roof manipulating and lifting shingles. This was confirmed by the video you emailed us. Per manufacturer guidelines and our own workmanship policy, disturbing shingles before they have had time to properly seal can compromise their integrity and immediately void both warranties. This is not a condition we can control or be responsible for. We also want to note that we were never given the opportunity to personally inspect or address any concerns after your installation. Instead, a third party altered the work we performed, which prevented us from evaluating the roof in its original completed condition. While we regret that you are experiencing this issue, we cannot be held liable for damage or problems caused by someone else’s work on the roof after installation. Our goal is always to resolve concerns directly with our customers when they arise, but in this case, our ability to do so was not possible due to the third-party interference.

  As my wife mentioned in the previous remark. Their service was less than adequate. While working they left garbage outside and also damaged our brand new deck by not laying tarps down and dragging their equipment across it. There was also tar left on the deck that we couldn’t get up.

  It’s unfortunate to see a second negative review from the same household after we have already addressed and resolved these concerns. The photo referenced in your review shows our crew’s lunch trash during the workday not debris left after the project. Crews often work 12-hour shifts and have to eat on site to ensure your job is finished in one day. All job-related materials and crew lunch was removed once the work was completed later that day. Regarding your deck, we went well beyond what was required by paying $4,000 out of our own pocket to have the two small scratches repaired, even though the project was completed using standard protective measures. This was done purely as a good-faith gesture to ensure your satisfaction. We take pride in standing behind our work and addressing issues promptly and professionally. While we understand not every client can be pleased despite resolution efforts, we will not allow repeated or misleading claims to tarnish our reputation.

  We called Seven Twelve Roofing for an issue we had with a leaking dormer. They came out quickly and fixed it at a very good price. Even though the first visit did not fix the problem instantaneously they came back again to fix it after a heavy rainstorm revealed that the leak wasn’t fixed. This is a testament of a company that cares about their customers first. The leak has been fixed now. Shout out to the team! If you have a problem with your roof, call them! Honest company that stand by their work.

  Great roofing company. We detected a leak in our dorm and called them to look at the issue. The seven twelve roofing team showed up Monday morning, assessed the issue, gave us a fair price and got to work. Great customer service, fast in responding! Will use them again if needed.   We had an outstanding experience with Seven Twelve Roofing. From the first conversation through the completion of the project, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their pricing was very competitive, but what impressed me most was that I never felt like they were trying to upsell us. Instead, they took the time to explain our options and gave recommendations that were clearly in our family’s best interest. Communication was exceptional. Kenny and the team kept us updated throughout the project, answered every question quickly, and even stayed on top of the weather to make sure the timing was right.   Seven twelve roofing did an amazing job with my home! The insurance company was denying my claim but Kenny was relentless and brought in a 3rd party adjusting company at no expense to me and got the entire roof replacement covered! The service was second to none and the response time with questions and concerns was immediate. My roof looks amazing, would recommend them 110%! Adding onto this- had something come up recently years after my roof replacement and Kenny’s staff came out very quickly to help with no charge! Cannot say enough good things about this company!
