  Have inconsiderate neighbors unfortunately. But considering that is a possibility, a roofer should (and when I had my roofing done it was done) at the very least communicate with homeowner that it is pretty common sense courtesy to inform immediate neighbors of work to be done. At most comapny itself ahould leave a note on the door or mailbox as to the intent of construction and date and time of expected work so people can move their cars, adjust schedule for noise levels, secure pets, etc. Consideration of others is a dying common courtesy and would be nice to know a company can still prioritize that as much as profits.

  I had a minor roof repair, bathroom vent, that took 15 minutes to fix. I was charged over $1,000. When I spoke to Chris he just said it's the industry standard and that was that. No interest in treating the customer fairly or recognizing the price gouging that occurred.

  BUYER BEWARE: One of the worst experiences I've had with a company recently. This company took advantage of my elderly parent, charging them $900 for a 20-minute job with almost no materials used. They purposely took advantage of the situation, essentially extorting my elderly mother who was not aware of what they were doing. Pretty disgusting way of operating a business, you can find more ethical companies elsewhere in the Charlotte area.

  This company is so corrupt, they give estimates for realitors, when the home has no defects , they take a lot of bogus pictures of nothing just to justify there bid. Realitor, home inspector and roofing contrator all working together to screw over the seller. Be careful !!!

  Highly recommend this roofing company! They were professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.   21 Roofing was super responsive from the initial reach out and inspection all the way through roofing and gutter replacements. They answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly throughout the process (and I usually have a lot). We had a leak which prompted the roof replacement and they sent someone out right away to get it tarped so we would not have any more issues before the day of the replacement. The crew did great work and showed up promptly each morning and cleaned up the site afterward. I highly recommend them for the roofing needs - they were easy to work with and fast and responsive communicators, which makes a big difference in the process.

  Their response was immediate, the representative they sent out was very helpful and informative. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time and knows what he’s talking about. They are not door to door hustlers trying to get insurance companies to replace any old roof.

  We had a roof and gutter replacement. Very nice and professional job! The roof and gutter team worked very hard and cleaned up so well. My main contact was Ronnie.
