I called Vasily and Ace at 8 PM in a panic due to a ceiling leak. Vasily picked up the phone right away and was at my house the following morning at 6:30 AM to diagnose the issue and let me know what needed to be done to the roof. The following day his crew came to my house and all issues were resolved. I would highly recommend Ace Roofing, the service provided and turnaround time was impressive.

We unfortunately developed a leak in our roof. Visaly came out same day and was able to inspect our roof with his drone. He scheduled the crew to come out the following day to repair our leak and perform roof maintenance. The crew was efficient and communication was excellent throughout the process. I will be using their services in the future and I highly recommend!

Thank goodness for Charlotte Ace Roofing, once again! My daughter had such a great experience over a year ago when she found a leak in her home. Being a single mom and this being her first home she owns, she has to rely on reviews and getting multiple quotes to hear multiple views and costs from service providers and also doing her own research. She found Vasily through reviews, and come to find out, a lot of other large roofing companies in the area will not even take the time to come out and talk if the can't convince you over the phone that you likely need a new roof and go ahead and provide them with your home owner insurance information up front. Well, when she got a 2nd leak, she was a return customer to Charlotte Ace Roofing and when beingel explained and shown the entire issue, choosing between another patch that could soon be a third (by then only to have paid over half the cost of a new roof) and a new roof, she went with the new roof. Two main reasons: reasonableness of prices and the trust she had built with Vasily. Neighbors have now used this company, and one was even told they didn't need a new roof when they were already prepared to have to get one. Have to leave this review as strongly recommend and that's hard to find these days.

Terri, thank you so much — reviews like this truly make our day! We're honored that your daughter trusted Charlotte Ace Roofing not once but twice, first for her roof leak and then for her new roof installation. Buying your first home as a single mom and having to weigh multiple quotes takes real diligence, and we're proud she felt informed and respected every step of the way. You touched on something that matters deeply to us: honesty. We'll always show you the full issue and walk you through your real options — whether that's a simple repair or a full roof replacement — so you can make the right decision for your home and budget. If a roof doesn't need replacing, we'll tell you that too. That's exactly why we've been glad to help so many of your neighbors, and why we never lead with pressure or ask for insurance information before we've even seen the roof. Thank you for the strong recommendation and for trusting us again and again. If you, your daughter, or anyone in the neighborhood ever needs a roof leak repaired, a storm damage inspection, or a new roof, Charlotte Ace Roofing is always just a call or text away! — Vasily, Charlotte Ace Roofing
