  After my tenant checked the “roof” box on her maintenance request for a damaged gutter, Kaiser came out and stated I need an entire new roof. After I disputed a new roof required with the estimator, the regional manager called me to clarify that Kaiser wasn’t willing to take the risk of repairing a roof they felt was in need of replacing. As you can see from the photo above there was no damage done to the roof from a tree branch falling onto the gutter (seam in gutter from damage is visible in photo). There was zero damage done to the roof and no roof repair was necessary - Kaiser didn’t seem interested in this obvious assessment.

As per our conversation, we have been in business for 17 years and would certainly give someone a repair estimate for their roof if we felt the roof was repairable.   Called to get a quote on siding. David Zamora came out and looked at everything I needed replaced. He said I'd get a quote from him by the end of the week. That was two weeks ago now. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.

  UPDATE JAN 2022 I HAVE CHANGED MY RATING ON THIS COMPANY. I WAS PROMISED A REFERRAL BONUS FOR THE NEXTDOOR NEIGHBORS ROOF REPLACEMENT. OVER 6 MONTHS NOW AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. CONTACTED MARK PRICE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN THE OFFICE STAFF AND WAS TOLD IT WAS COMING SOON, STILL NOTHING. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THIS FEW DOLLARS WON'T MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE TO ME BUT I FEEL THAT IF A COMPANY/ SALES PERSON CAN'T KEEP THEIR WORD IN THIS SMALL PROMISE WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM WITH A $15K ROOF JOB? TOO LATE FOR ME BUT NOT FOR YOU. I HOPE MY ROOF HOLDS UP BETTER THAN THE KAISER REFERRAL PROGRAM PROMISE. I GUESS TIME WILL TELL. Had a great experience with Kaiser. Company representative Mark Price did a great job representing Kaiser and he was very helpful and easy to work with. The crew that came out to replace the roof was efficient and respectful of our property and they left the job site very clean when they left. I am glad that we chose them to replace our roof.

  We are very sorry for the delay. As Mark has chosen to resign from working with the company for personal reasons, we got caught up getting him straightened out for a smooth transition. We have included an extra $50. to the $100 referral amount we originally offer. I hope this will help you find it within yourself to not hold any negative feelings toward the company for the delay we have caused while getting our ex-employee settled.

  In July this year, Kaiser was in our neighborhood offering free roof inspections so I agreed. The found two holes that needed attention but also claimed a substantial portion of my roof was also damaged and I needed a full roof replacement. They assisted me in opening a claim with my insurance and I signed an agreement that they would do any of the repairs if insurance pays. After my insurance company sent an inspector they determined only the two holes needed repair and paid the partial claim. Kaiser was very responsive prior to the insurance denying full roof but since then they will not respond to my repeated attempts to contact them to do the repairs. Apparently other reviewers have not had this experience but I wanted to share mine.

  Great estimate and inspection from Josh Wilson today. He reviewed my siding, gutters, and three tier roof. No attempt to upsell or push services on me. Actually good an almost perfect bill of health with only a few minor things to consider. Update: Dropping my rating to 2 stars. I've been trying to get my estimate/inspection report from them since July 27th, 2020 and today is August 22nd, 2020. I've had to call the main number multiple times, text my inspector, and when I asked to speak with a manager, no one was available and they never returned my message. The was the estimate for my repairs is below $1500 (verbally told this since still no report) so its not worthwhile for them to complete. When I have future issues, it wont be worthwhile for me to hire them. Poor communication, poor follow up, poor service provided.

  Scott and his team were very professional and did an excellent job. We had the roof, gutters and siding replaced and Scott monitored the progress the entire way and made sure everything progressed as we hoped. They cleaned up very professionally, which was very important to us with kids running around the house. I highly recommend them, they did a great job at our house.

  From the lady who took my call and set up my appointment to John Naillon who set up and oversaw my roof replacement everything was top notch. Raul was great as well. We will use them if needed in the future.

  Fifteen years after having my roof replaced, it needed some repairs. When I contacted them, they responded kindly and promptly, which helped prevent any rain damage. They are very professional and provide excellent aftercare. I would like to thank the service manager, Mr. Scott, and the inspector, Mr. Ernest. I highly recommend Kaiser Roofing to all homeowners!

  I was very impressed with the professionalism and great customer service throughout especially after the big snow storm we had recently. While not being sure at first, my interactions with the company put away any concerns I had. I was very impressed with the free inspection and follow-up report I received including the photos and advice given. With the great service I received, I am sure I will be using them in the future should I need them. I recommend using this company!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’re deeply grateful to *Kaiser Siding and Roofing, LLC* for the outstanding job they did on our new *Owens Corning Duration* roof. We searched the OC website to find a “Platinum Preferred” contractor. Of the PPCs we sought quotes from, Kaiser Company Rep 👍Charlie Ellis👍 won us over. From our very first meeting — throughout the build itself , Charlie patiently walked us through roofing options most homeowners rarely know anything about. During the build, Charlie gave us daily updates and was always available to answer questions or sort out any concerns. As a matter of fact , EVERY Kaiser team member we encountered made us feel confident and cared for. The crew treated our home as if it were their own, and the finished roof is picture-perfect. Charlie and the entire Kaiser build crew made the 4 day process relatively stress-free, despite involving a complicated high pitch roof build, roof deck replacements, a change, the most masterful flashing work I’ve ever seen, and then equally masterful soffit and facia repairs. Finally, MANY sweeps of the yard were made to clear nails and trash. We simply could not have asked for a better experience! Because of our phenomenal experience, we GLADLY recommend Kaiser to any neighbor or friend in Charlotte.   We had Kaiser replace our aging and hail damaged roof two years ago. The overall replacement work was excellent, but what has really stood out was the professionalism and smoothness of the whole process. They were so easy to work with, and a whole heartedly recommend!

  From the first call I made to Kaiser, Charlie followed up with me almost instantly to set an appointment to inspect my roof. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. The communication was great from day one. From the initial inspection all the way through the completion of the project I had a really good experience. Charlie was with me throughout the whole process. The entire project went very smoothly, the crew was very knowledge and worked diligently, as well as very polite.

Roof replacement completed in Charlotte, NC near McAlpine Farm Road, using Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration AR shingles in Onyx Black installed by our Platinum Preferred crew. Scope included full tear-off, RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment, granulated ice and water shield in all valleys and around every penetration, and full ice and water coverage across the low-slope rear porch roof.
