  Update- I have tried to contact CRC by phone, email and their website with no call back. Not sure what is going on but perhaps this company has slipped in service. Here was my original post: Great communication and craftsmanship. Lea and Josh were a pleasure to work with. We have used them for two projects now. New skylights were the most recent. Would highly recommend

  My first experience with Carolina Roof wasn’t great. This was last year. I called at some point to make an appointment. Great, that was easy. The day of the appointment, no one shows up, no one calls. I call them and they tell me that the technician was running behind and that they could come the next day. OK, I was annoyed as I had to work around my schedule to make sure that I was home that day. What really bothered me was that no one called me to tell me they were running behind and I’m pretty sure that no one would have it I hadn’t been the first one to call. I get that things happen, projects run behind. But to not even get a “Hey, sorry. We’ll have to reschedule for tomorrow”? I thought that was bad business. Anyway, Mike shows up the next day. He was super apologetic, something happened, etc etc. He was very kind and professional about the whole mishap. Fast forward to today. We are remodeling our kitchen and our plumbers found some moisture in the wall. I remembered Mike and how nice of a guy he was, so nice that it made me forgive them about their first offense of forgetting about us. I called Monday, they told me Mike could come out on Wednesday (today) between 10-2. Great. I worked around my schedule and stayed home, expecting them to show up in that 4 hour window. 2 o’clock rolls around. Nothing. I call. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone. She apologized, told me she couldn’t reach the technician, but that she would give me a call back in 5-10 minutes once she found someone that could come out. 5 minutes passed, 10, 30, an hour. Almost two hours. I call. I call and I call and I call. No one picks up the phone (mind you, someone ALWAYS picks up the phone). I left a message with my last phone call. I truly, 100% believe, that they were purposely ignoring my calls because they had no answer for me. Again, if I hadn’t had called to ask if someone was actually showing to today, was no one going to call me? In that 4 hour window, again, no one has the decency

  Hi Karen, I apologize our technician was running behind today. I do show where we placed a call at 3:13pm and 3:23pm. I show where we will be on-site tomorrow between 12noon-2pm. Mike is unfortunately away on business tomorrow but we are happy to get it taken care of. We will complete a full inspection of the roof as well to see if there is indeed a roof leak as the last visit it was determined that it was not roof related. Once on-site we will connect you to all photos and discuss any findings.

  Mike came out for an initial inspection and provided a temporary fix to my roof leak and suggested I contact my insurance company for a roof replacement. Once I received the okay to replace my roof I contacted Mike again in which he was not available, but, one of his associates called me back and I informed him that I needed an estimate on replacing my roof. He stated he would relay the message to Mike. I never heard back. About 2 weeks later I called and spoke to Mike again and he agreed to come out and provide an estimate within 2-3 days. It has now been 2 weeks later, still no response. Very disappointing when a company with such great reviews don't live up to them.

  I had shingles blow off my roof during a recent storm. I was alittle worried that it would be to small of a job for some to want to do but that wasn't the case with Carolina Roof Consultants. Mike McCoy responded quickly and came by to take a look. He didn't hesitate at all and took care of the problem. I was so happy that the size of the job didn't matter and fixing the small damaged area was the main concern. It's nice when companies care about all types of jobs and issues.

  Carolina Roof Consultants exceeded my expectations. I worked with Jeremy, who came out to assess my roof and was honest from the start. Instead of trying to sell me a full replacement, he focused on exactly what was needed. That integrity alone sets this company apart. Within a week, my roof was fully repaired and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress‑free. If trust is a concern when choosing a roofing company, I would definitely recommend Carolina Roof Consultants. They do the right thing, and it shows.

  Jeremy is prompt and very professional to work with. I worked with him a year ago to get the roof and gutters replaced. Everything went as planned with no issues to report a year later. Jeremy made a courtesy call after a major storm to check in and make sure there were no issues. I wasn't expecting that. Thank you for the great work Jeremy and your crew.
