  Serrano Roofing company is completely unprofessional. Sales team has NO training in customer service. Maria failed to communicate with my father in law about updates regarding his roof for inspection as promised, she failed to answer his phone calls and emails regarding his concerns as soon as he agreed to the job. ZERO stars if it was possible.

  This company is amazing. Maria is an expert in what she does. She was with me from day one till the work was completed. Going overboard with my insurance company, providing them with what so ever they needed. All I’m trying to say is, Maria is professional, knowledgeable, polite and an amazing individual to work with. Will always call her with any home improvement that I need. My house looks beautiful with the new roof and gutters. Thank you so much Maria. 👍

  Maria with Serrano Contractors was super helpful from start to finish! I needed a new roof, and she helped walk me through the process and was always communicative. The team did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up! I would recommend them!

  Serrano Contractors replaced our roof after a storm this spring and we are very happy with our experience. They noticed missing shingles, reached out to us right away and came to inspect the roof the same evening. Steven and his team were friendly, polite, professional, fast and communicative. They worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. Steven explained every step and answered all of my questions. There was no stress or confusion. We love our new roof and highly recommend Serrano Contractors!

  Steven was great! This young man has a promising future! He has a great personality and was able to get the approval from the insurance company! We only had to pay for the deductible! I am impressed with the roofers and the beautiful job they did! I would highly recommend this young man and his company.
