  Absolutely horrible! We've dealt with them on several occasions at a property that we own. They do minimal patchwork at best. Every winter we've had continued problems at the condo. Each time they've been called and supposedly fixed the problem. Then, the problems still continue. They need to do the job right the first time! Even other units are having similar issues. If they did the job fully and correctly the first time that they came out, those problems wouldn't continue or resurface. I've had several roofs put on places that I've lived at in my life, and the workmanship, or lack there of at Sentry Roofing has to be the worst ever!

  We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. Our team responded quickly and was on-site within 30 minutes to patch the damage caused by others (not Sentry) attempting to clear snow. Due to winter temperatures, a full repair could not be safely completed at the time. We are working with the building owner to schedule a permanent solution this spring.   Called them to have someone come by and quote a new metal roof, made appointment for the afternoon on Wednesday and was told someone would call before coming, needless to say no call or visit. Called today to complain and was told I would get a call with answer to the no show, which never happened and told someone would come by today which again no show. Definitely would not use this company as others I've interacted with responded promptly.

  They sent out an estimator told them I needed a written estimate they said it would be sent out right away. I called two weeks later they again said it would be in the mail right away. I have yet to see the estimate. Will not use this company or recommend them.

  Sentry Roofing was recommended by two of our neighbors. However, I would not forward their name on in a positive way. They scratched and dented a new composite deck and siding and they ran over our sprinkler system. We were able to view both incidents on surveillance. The roof still leaks and they are now blaming it on our chimney. One leak isn't on the same roof as our chimney. I have held out on paying them until the issues have been resolved. I have shared my surveillance footage with local organizations when they asked about the quality of work Sentry Roofing provided.

  6 very hard working men arrived at my house about 8 am this past Thursday, they hung netting to protect the house and plantings, laid out tarps to collect the old shingles, etc. By 6pm they were done and gone, did a great job and the house looks great. Also their price was very competitive. This is the second job they have done for me.

  TJ and Sentry Roof and Solar were phenomenal starting with the initial contact through the completion of our new roof and solar. They kept us in the loop throughout the project and actually got it done sooner than expected. Property was left spotless after each phase of the project. Strongly recommend Sentry!

  Dillion over there was very helpful and facilitated a quick and efficient repair to some winter snow damage I had. These guys were recommended to me by a neighbor and I highly recommend them as well.

  We had a fantastic experience with Sentry Roofing. From start to finish, their service was truly top notch. They went above and beyond to address and repair the damage to our roof, and the quality of the work really shows in the final result. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We always felt informed and taken care of, which made a big difference. A special shoutout to Dave A, who is great to work with.
