Got a referral for Ryan from another real estate investor in the seacoast area. He seemed responsive and gave me a competitive quote for my garage roof replacement - so much so that I asked for him to quote my porch roof as well. Some of the details in the proposals he sent over were vague and/or conflicting, and so I emailed asking for clarification. Then I texted. Waited a few days. Texted again. Never heard from him again. This is after we went back and forth ironing out details for the replacement for about 2 weeks. So, now I'm back to the drawing board, AND I've lost two weeks and the weather is getting iffy. In my opinion, there really is no excuse for this kind of behavior. A quick, 'something came up, I have to bow out' courtesy text would have gone a long way.

Hi Nellie, We really appreciate you deleting your old review to re-post it so many years later. The Patriot team takes constructive criticism seriously, as it is crucial in any company's growth. We do apologize if we didn't respond in a timely manner. That's not the way we like to operate. We're sorry, but we were not a good fit to do business together, and that remains true today. Thank you for your continued interest in Patriot Roofing.

Steve couldn't have been any better. Straight up no BS .we tried to get estimates from other companies & was like trying buy a used car couldn't get an estimate without a two hours presentation. Patriot gave us a price came when they said they would stuck to the price & when they left could never tell they were even here except for our beautiful new roof! I can't thank them & recommend them enough!

Great company to work with. Came and gave us an estimate with no nonsense, arrived for the job when scheduled, kept us updated every step. Team works like a well-oiled machine, worked quickly & efficiently, took care of unexpected repairs, and cleaned up so well you would never know they were there. We highly recommend this company!

Patriot Roofing Inc recently installed our roof. We were impressed by the professionalism of the team. The crew was courteous and did a great job with preparing the site and cleaning up after the job. Ryan (the owner) is very knowledgeable. He was on site several times during the two-day installation. A dedicated project manager was present throughout the installation process onsite to ensure smooth execution of the project. Ryan’s communication with us before, during and after the installation was thorough and efficient and helped us plan and prepare for the roof replacement. We highly recommend Patriot Roofing for your roofing needs and repairs.

Anyone who needs their roof done or is looking for an expert opinion should reach out to Patriot Roofing. Ryan, the owner, was incredibly easy to communicate and work with. He is very knowledgeable, genuine, and truly cares about his customers’ needs. He was willing to work within my budget and provided great suggestions and honest opinions without ever trying to pressure me or upsell me. Compared to the three other roofing companies I spoke with, Ryan didn’t talk to me like I was dealing with a corporate script. He took the time to understand my situation and genuinely wanted to help. Even with my tight budget, he added some extra materials that he felt were important to have and covered the cost out of his own pocket. That really showed me how much he cares about doing the job right and taking care of his customers. The crew did an amazing job, and the cleanup was absolutely spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest roofing company.

I called Patriot Roofing to replace my roof. Ryan came out to provide a quote. It came in lower than others. He was friendly, communicative and professional. They got the job down in the time they said. Provide ding updates along the way. They did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. I would very much recommend them.
