We had a surprise 3rd layer of shingles that the previous owner left us on our roof and Queen City Roofing still managed to get our roof done in one day and did a beautiful job! Our yard was left as if they had never been here - very clean. The site manager, Ryan was in constant communication about what was going on with our roof and was even patient with my wonderfully curious husband looking on and asking questions during the process. From estimation to completion, Queen City roofing made this as easy an experience as replacing a roof can be. Our house has a two car garage attached that is a bit larger than the roof over our living space. The cost was reasonable in our opinion and included the chimney taken off, the plywood layer they had to add over our barnboard roof, and the extra layer of shingles that they had to remove.

Jennifer, we are so happy to hear that our team here at Queen City Roofing was easily able to provide a smooth process for you, including removing the unexpected third layer of shingles, and leaving your home clean as if we were never there. Thank you for the review and putting your trust in Queen City Roofing! Enjoy your beautiful new roof!

I got the whole roof of my house replaced by Queen City Roofing. Prior to the work, the communications and decision were made easy. Then, a date was set fairly quickly. A few days before the actual work, a palette of supplies, a dumpster …

We are an 8 unit condo building. Mike and his team were highly organized and very efficient. The quality of work was outstanding. Our project was completed in 5 days. They had two teams working on the building at the same time. Every day they were ontime and the daily clean up was impressive. The forman was excellent at updating, listening, and responding to any questions or concerns. There quote was fair and competitive. It was a pleasure working with The Queen City Team from the quote presentation to the completion of the project were great to work with! Great attention to detail and follow through! I highly recommend Mike AcAndrew and Queen City Roofing.

2026 Edit: Another leak cause by an ice dam. Let’s see what support I get this time… Don't worry QC Roofing, my new GAF 50yr warranty roofing leaked around the chimney but I fixed it myself. I sent photos - You came back and checked from the outside and said there were no issues. That didn't solve the leak your team created, or my dissatisfaction with the after-install support. Thanks a lot.

Rob, I'm Sorry you feel that way. I have searched through our records and can not find your contract with us. Is this for the home on Cohas Ave in Manchester ? I did find that we only quoted for your garage roof project, though you never hired us for that. Could it be you hired someone else and wish you had hired us ? Please feel free to contact me directly, Tom at (603) 289-4663

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Salesperson made a couple of trips to scope out the work. I never felt like I was being pressured or ripped off. They excelled in the little things. For example, when they took up the roof they discovered that we had extra thick plywood underneath it. Some sheets of it had to be replaced due to leaks and they bought plywood of equal quality. They also took out some old, unused chimneys for very little extra cost. They even advised on where to place the portopotty so it wouldn’t bother us. The crew was extremely friendly and respectful of our property, down to removing every last scrap of roofing and any nails lying around. You couldn’t tell they were there. They also did an excellent job installing our new skylight. All the works was done in a day. Great communication and no surprises. Highly recommend!

I chose Queen City for my roof replacement because they were highly recommended by two of my neighbors. They were very easy to deal with, communication was good and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The quote was reasonable and even when the roof needed unexpected repair the final price was still very close to the estimate. The work was done in about 8 hours while I was at work and they cleaned up the property thoroughly. Roof looks great and I didn’t have to worry about anything.

We were pleased with Queen City Roofing. The roof looks great. I got several bids and they were quite competitive. They completed the job on our large roof in two days. I was amazed at how hard the crew worked. They left our yard cleaner than it was before. I would definitely recommend them.

Great company and highly recommended. They were very fast and efficient getting the job done. They did an amazing job keeping our property clean and protected our home from any damage. Staff was kind, had amazing personalities and office staff even took care of our insurance issue who was going to cancel us even though our roof wasn’t bad, like they said.
