We went with Nick Tracey's Roofing back in October of 2025. If you are looking to replace your roof we would highly recommend them. Outstanding service from start to finish. Nick and his crew went above and beyond. Pricing was honest and fair compared to other estimates we got. No games! 5+ star rating from us.

Our family had Nick Tracey replace the roof on our home which is a combination of an 1850s farmhouse and newer 2000s construction. Their team was professional, thoughtful and hardworking. We felt lucky to have them managing such a large and important investment in our family's home.

They did a thorough evaluation of my roof prior to work done and discussed expectations and price. Project manager and crew showed up early, made sure everything was well protected prior and did an extensive cleanup. No surprises! They were truly great and we are very pleased with the results of all their hard work! Thank you!!

Thank you for the excellent job on our roof! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Your crew arrived on time, maintained a very clean work site throughout the project, and even finished ahead of schedule. The new shingles and flashing look fantastic, and the quality of workmanship is evident in every detail. Communication was clear and professional from beginning to end, the pricing was very fair, and the crew was punctual, hardworking, and meticulous with the cleanup. I would like to give a special thank you to Marcos, the project manager, who truly went above and beyond. He kept me informed throughout the entire day with regular texts and photos, which gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled professionally. The crew was absolutely amazing—they worked incredibly hard and demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication. Thank you all for a job well done! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality roofing work and excellent customer service.

Had Nick and his team do a siding/ roofing job on my house and I couldn’t be more impressed. The amount of commutation, craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the whole process is impeccable and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I will never use any other company again
