A Pyramid Roofing representative, Chris came to my home a month ago to give me a quote on replacing my roof. He stated Shawn would be in touch with me. When the company didn't get back to me for 2 weeks, I called and left a voice message on the chance there had been a miscommunication. There obviously isn't, as I've been waiting 2 weeks for the company to have the professional courtesy to return my call, even if only to offer a belated apology. I'm not sure how any company justifies leaving homeowners waiting to hear when their rep states the owner, "Shawn will be in contact"... It's possible I didn't receive either your email quote for the replacing my roof or your phone call AFTER I called asking why I never heard back from your company. But I'll be glad to apologize when you forward to me by private email your quote for replacing the roof showing the ORIGINAL date you sent it, along with a screen shot of the date you called me. Thanks. Update...Although the owner responded to my review a week ago within a couple of hours, not surprisingly, although he's so adamant he called me, I've still waiting a week later for him to email me proof of his calls and proposals...

Shawn promises the world but doesn't deliver. I requested a quote and had to listen to this guy toot his own horn about how they're the best and no one else compares to their quality. When we spoke I requested new sheathing to be installed before placing tar paper/ice & water protection. He said it'd be no problem. Got a call an hour later saying he doesn't want to deal with plywood installation? This is a basic component of roofing! Do yourself a favor and find a company that will follow through on what they say!

Please read my other reviews that we actually did work, there are jobs i just dont do and he needed siding done and we dont do siding and also i am booked for the season. People shouldnt be able to leave a negative review because they didnt get an estimate. Several times a year i dont estimate certain jobs and everbody else understands. This is baseless.

They came out to give an estimate on replacing the shingles. Got a call from the owner Shawn saying that my entire roof needed the plywood replaced and that he wasn't interested in doing it. I then called DeFrancesco Roofing in Derry N.H. …

First off, I would like to say that Sean was quite responsive in getting back to me and setting up a time for his assessor to make all assessments before an estimate is done by Sean. Great! Except when his assessor came, Sean's 30 yr of …

This a totally false and baseless review of the situation, Just read all my other reviews to get a real assessment of my Co. And you can also check my website www.pyramidroofingne.com to see my over 760 reviews. Most of the things he said are false and exaggerated. I am not or did I show any prejudice against this man nor was my estimator condescending in any way or say what this man is saying he said. I like many other contractors dont bid on every job they get a lead on which happens once in awhile. He is upset I didnt give him an estimate and is trying to hurt a very honest and reputable co. Its outrageous somebody would do that and accuse a guy how believes in diversity and who half his employees are minorities of being prejudiced. Thank You.

Pyramid Roofing is AMAZING!! They should be your first call for any roofing needs. Their pricing is very competitive and ended up being lower that the local competitors. Top tier quality, workmanship and materials. The owner Shawn is a wonderful person and took my wife and I through the entire process so we understood what was involved with replacing our roof. He is an absolute professional and his crew are thorough and equally professional. Shawn kept us up to date on every aspect. I only wish more businesses were half as good as Pyramid Roofing!! Shawn is a true Patriot in honoring our Veterans.

We just had five roofs replaced on our house and couldn't be happier. They did a great job from the extensive quote and site visit phase to the actual installation. The installation crew worked very quickly and tried to be concientious of not blocking our neighbors from their daily routines. They were as quiet as a roofing crew could manage to be and were always courteous and responsive. The finished product is awesome and the cleanup was done expertly.

Just had my roof done by Pyramid Roofing. Willie and his team did a great job in protecting our shrubs, flowers, deck, and deck furniture. The job was done in one day despite needing to replace 6 plywood pieces and the lead flashing around the chimney. Shawn did a great job in communicating about the additional work which could not be quoted until the original shingles were removed. Chris took the time to explain the work needed as well. It was a very hot, sticky day but the team did well to completely clean up after the work was done. Bravo to all.
