  We are very pleased with the roof and decking replacement by Nickols Roofing and highly recommend them for your roof replacement. They are a small company and have that special personal touch. Willie showed us exactly what was wrong with our roof and described the advantages of the materials they use and how the work would be performed. We hired him on the spot! Willie and Eric were in contact with us during the project to provide updates and and answer our many questions. Willie even replaced a leaking gasket around a vent to stop this source prior to the roof replacement. He went above and beyond to help his customer. The work crew was very friendly and were careful to pick up debris each day.

  Absolutely the best. Every detail was handled with such professionalism and transparency Communication with Josh is top notch and John and his crew did a wonderful job replacing our gutters. Super friendly and easy company to work with. They all made sure we were happy with every detail before the final payment was due. HIGHLY Recommend!!!

  Steve from Nickols Roofing & Gutters was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect my roof, attic, and the room where the leak was occurring to get a complete picture of the issue. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the most likely causes of the leak without ever making me feel pressured. He was honest, respectful, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I left feeling confident in his work and his recommendations. If I ever need roofing work in the future, Nickols Roofing & Gutters will be my first call. I highly recommend Steve and the team!

  We reached out to get a free roof and gutter inspection through Nickols And had a great experience. As a first-time homeowner who did not know anything about when his roof was installed or how the gutters could be set up better, Willie was amazing. We've had other contractors come out for different things where it felt more like a sail pitch and pressure buy something that second. Willie was informative and patient with all my random questions and helped me feel much better of where my roof currently stands. I don't need a roof right now, but when I do I will be calling the team over here just from this experience.

  We had a great experience with Nickols Roofing from start to finish. Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable when he came to give us a quote. Answered all our questions without rushing or pressure. The work was quality and you can tell they took the time to do it right. We live in Appleton and had a roof replacement and the addition of gutter toppers which took less than a week. If you have roofing needs, I highly recommend using Nickols Roofing!

  Nickols Roofing was easy to work with. They were timely, efficient, respectful of my plants, and professional. The pricing was great and they finished the project in a day. They cleaned up when they were done. We were even able to come up with a solution to accommodate a rain barrel.
