I highly recommend Melvin and Brian to anyone needing roofing and gutter work. Melvin came out more than once to check the gutters, fascia, and roof system, and he even looked in the attic to spot any problem areas early. He was on time, professional, and much more thorough than other contractors I contacted for an estimate. Brian handled the project and kept everything clear from start to finish. He explained what to expect, showed up as scheduled, and completed the work on time. He also kept me updated on the condition of the fascia and any areas that needed attention, making sure I knew every important detail even when no extra work was needed. The crew worked hard all day, stayed organized, and delivered quality results. Living in Fort Lauderdale, it is important to have a strong roof, solid fascia, and properly working gutters that can handle heavy rain, heat, and humidity. Melvin and Brian made the whole process easy, stress-free, and professional, and I am very happy with the finished roofing and gutter work.

This was the second time I had them out to my home, and this time it was for a full roof replacement. The first visit was for emergency roofing repairs, and they handled it right away. When the new roof was scheduled, the roofing crew …

We hired Brian to replace our roof and gutters after storm damage. The job also involved insurance paperwork and coordination during the sale of our home in Fort Lauderdale, which could have made things stressful, but the whole roofing process was handled smoothly. Brian was quick to answer all of our questions, kept us updated, and was always friendly and professional. The new roof and gutter work turned out great, and everything was completed with care and strong attention to detail. In the Florida heat and rainy weather, it was important to have a solid roofing system we could trust, and the finished result gave us real peace of mind. Both we and the new buyer were very happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend this roofing company for roof replacement and gutter services.

I’ll know even more after a good South Florida rain, but I’m already very confident Secure Span Roofing did excellent roof work. I would absolutely put them in the above-and-beyond category. I originally asked them to seal a few cracked …

Highly recommend this roofing company. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience. From the first meeting with brian, who helped us through the roofing process and with choosing a color that matched our home, everything was handled very well. We received a detailed estimate that covered many important roofing items we had not even considered. We made changes to the project along the way, and the crew adjusted without any problems to keep the job moving. They also came up with a smart design for the front roof area while the work was in progress. During the tear-off, they found that the old roof system was not up to code, and the team went beyond code requirements to correct what was needed. They removed an old unused chimney down to the roofline and cut out an old vent stack to help prevent future leaks and give the roof a cleaner look. They also added new sheathing across the whole home to strengthen the roof deck. The back deck roof was replaced with durable metal roofing, which looks great and fits well for the heat and storms we get in FL. melvin, the crew leader, was excellent, and everyone on the roofing crew worked hard, stayed professional, and paid attention to detail. We also liked that they provided a video of the finished roof, which was a nice extra touch. very happy with the quality, the communication, and the final result. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I had my roof deck sheathing and shingles replaced, and after getting a few estimates, this roofing contractor stood out for the best value. At first I was a little unsure because the price was lower than the others, but once I compared everything closely, it was clear they offered strong workmanship, a solid warranty, and included important roofing details in the quote that other roofers wanted to charge extra for. Their proposal covered items like new lead flashing around the chimney, which was a big plus. I also asked about upgrading the plywood from 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch, and the added cost felt fair for the material and labor. Other roofing bids increased the price much more for the same type of upgrade. I was also nervous about having the roof opened up during the project, especially with the heavy rain and heat we can get in Florida, but Brian explained the plan clearly. They scheduled the tear-off and reroof so it could be completed in one day, and they also had a backup plan to dry in and protect the house if anything delayed the job. In the end, the crew finished the full roof replacement in one day. After the installation, I noticed a small issue where a few shingles had been damaged during the work. I brought it to their attention, and Melvin responded quickly and had the shingles replaced at no extra cost. That kind of follow-up gave me confidence that they stand behind their roofing work and care about customer satisfaction. There were also a couple of minor administrative details after the job, but those were corrected, and everything was made right. What mattered most was that the roof performed exactly as it should. Not long after the project was completed, we had a very heavy Florida rainstorm, and there were no leaks, no problems, and no concerns at all. Overall, I feel they did a very good job at a fair price. The roof looks great, the materials and flashing work were handled properly, and the whole experience was smooth from estimate to final cle

My mom had a tough roof leak where the carport roof tied into the shop roof, and we tried several patch jobs with no luck. We called a roofing crew to inspect the problem, and i could not be happier with the work they did. brian was professional, honest, and easy to talk to, and melvin made sure the area stayed clean while the repair moved along quickly. They found the trouble spot, explained the flashing and seam issue in simple terms, and fixed it the right way instead of doing a temporary patch. A friend of mine who works on remodel projects said he recommends this roofer often because of their solid workmanship and dependable service. they really lived up to their reputation, and we feel much better now knowing the roof is sealed up and ready for florida heat and heavy rain. i would gladly call them again for any roofing repair. they showed up on time, did quality work, and left everything in great shape. thanks guys!

we can’t say enough good things about hiring secure span roofing and how happy we are with the results. brian was very prompt about coming out, inspecting everything, and clearly explaining the roofing and exterior work that needed to be done. a detailed written estimate followed quickly, which made the whole process easy to understand. the old roof was torn off and replaced, and the crew also removed the old wood shingles and updated the exterior with new vinyl siding. the gutters were taken down and replaced with new ones, and one exterior door was installed as part of the project. they also rebuilt the chimney chase and finished it with tando stone vinyl, which gave it a clean updated look. new exterior fixtures were installed as well, and everything came together nicely. the crew worked efficiently, kept the job well organized, and melvin did a great job supervising the project from start to finish. communication was excellent throughout, and the whole job felt smooth and professional. we really appreciated the attention to detail, the clean workmanship, and how well everything was coordinated. highly recommend for roofing and exterior home improvement work.

we picked them because the roofing estimate was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. even during the job, when a few extra roofing materials were needed as expected, the pricing stayed honest and straightforward with no surprises. the team was easy to reach the whole time, and whenever we had questions, brian or melvin got back to us quickly and even dropped off information at the house when needed. the roofing crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept the property clean each day. they stayed on schedule, communicated well, and made the whole roof and gutter project smooth from start to finish. in the fort lauderdale heat and rain, it feels great to have a new roof and gutters that look excellent and give us peace of mind.
