  "Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Advanced Roofing Inc!" I had the misfortune of hiring Advanced Roofing Inc to repair my roof, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Their communication was non-existent, and they showed up late, if they bothered to show up at all. When they finally did the work, it was sloppy and incomplete. To top it off, they overcharged me for the shoddy work they did. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable roofing company instead. Avoid Advanced Roofing Inc at all costs!

  Stay away. Pierced a sprinkler line during a roofing job resulting in the City of Orlando condemning 4 townhouses.

  Dear Aid,  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unforeseen incident during our roofing job. This situation was indeed unfortunate and unforeseen. However, it's essential to clarify the facts surrounding the incident: Advanced Roofing had no prior knowledge of the proximity of the fire sprinkler piping to the roofing deck. The piping was enclosed above a solid ceiling and below the existing roof deck, making it impossible for our team to visually identify its location. Even if we had the opportunity to review building permits or plans, these documents did not provide specific information about the exact location of the piping concerning the roof deck. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND, they arrived very late without even letting me know, they were super unprofessional and rude and once I was at least content with the fact that they showed up they left my roof unfinished! Unacceptable, save your time and money!

  They were hired to replace our roof at our condo complex on isle of capri. Its been ongoing for months. They left several weeks ago with an unfinished roof and now they are saying there are not enough materials to finish the job. I am thinking those went to someone else's job. We might get it done before hurricane season. If we are lucky.

  Was told to be there before 4:30 to get unloaded…got there a little after 3:40 & the manager has a power trip and says come back tomorrow I said told abc 3:30 (which wasn’t communicated to me) I told him it wasn’t and someone from the desk said 4:30….still said tomorrow

  We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding that took place. Unfortunately due to the misunderstanding, an ETA was never provided to our warehouse. We always try to unload our deliveries as quickly as possible and make sure we have the crew to unload a large delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused. Our receiving hours are from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

  Guy in the company truck was driving like a maniac in Oakland Park, putting people in danger with a giant logo of your company is extremely bad business

  We just completed a major commercial office re-roofing project (3 buildings). From start to finish, the Advanced Roofing team was excellent. We had very few tenant complaints, the job was finished ahead of schedule, and under budget. I highly recommend for commercial roof replacements.

  I was the president of our association and after meeting with the AR team multiple times we decided to have AR install our new roof . There were a few roof removal issues while the AR team was working. ( not their fault issues) When they removed our (4) shed roofs (angled roof) they noticed the "original roof" had concrete that was not cured and all ran down to the bottom. Art this point they called me up to see the problem. Right away we met downstairs and spoke about our options to change the materials being installed on the roof. They contacted Johns Manville right away and they came up with a new roofing material that needs a change order approval from Ft. Pierce. Advanced Roofing took all the new Johns Manville Material documents, pictures, and new scope of work to ensure they were using the correct materials. We were approved and we did a change order to keep the project moving. The team onsite and management teams were always available to talk and discuss the project. We held weekly progress meetings so we could update our owners. The staging and safety plan were followed perfectly. I have 10 years experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers on projects on military bases. AR exceeded every request I asked and if we move I would hire AR again to handle our projects. They provided us with all the close out documents, warranty's, along with setting us up with yearly inspections to stay compliant with AR and Johns Manville material warranty.

  Absolutely professional in every way. Top professionals in roofing and construction project management. The proposal at the front end of the project was perfect: included every detail and every cost input. No surprise change orders. No back-and-forth nickel and diming. The construction schedule was clearly laid out during pre-construction planning, and the project tracked that schedule with few revisions. What revisions there were were rain-out delays. The project manager communicated effectively. Had weekly Owner-Contractor meetings. Had end-of-week progress reports with pictures. The crew foreman was absolutely a professional roofing systems expert. He ran that crew and that schedule meticulously. Mobilization at the beginning of the project was done with courtesy and common sense. Advanced Roof completed the project on time, in line with the schedule and on budget. No surprise change orders at the end. The progress invoicing followed the exact invoicing schedule. Advanced Roofing followed exact AIA pricing and pay application standards. Advanced Roofing is probably the most professional construction firm I've done business with. Now if only all other construction trade contractors would operate like Advanced Roofing. Even gave Advanced Roofing my roofing maintenance contracts for both my sites in South Florida. Send Advanced Roofing an RFP or ITB. You will not regret it at all.

  Advanced Roofing re-roofed an occupied supermarket in our shopping center. Not only was everyone I dealt with professional and courteous, they also got the job done without any complaints from the tenant. I can highly recommend them. They did it again! Four years after our first experience with Advanced Roofing I am happy to report that they haven't lost a step. This time they re-roofed approx. 75,000 sq/ft. of an occupied shopping center. Again they impressed with timely and professional work. I can truly recommend Advanced Roofing! Third time! They finished the re-roof of 61,600 SF on our apartment complex. Again - no complaints. Project was finished on time with no problems. I can still recommend them without hesitation.

  From start to finish all staff were great to work with. The crews on site were very professional and considerate of our daily operations. They kept us apprised of any concerns that arose, did a tremendous job, and went above and beyond in the small details.

  We are going on 30 years plus with no leaks. I guess they paid attention to the details when doing it. We are a 5,000 sq ft commercial building, total re-roof.

  Very satisfied with the re-roofing project completed by Advanced Roofing. They stayed on schedule and finished on time which was right before hurricane season. We experienced both Helene and Milton and the new roof withstood the torrential rains of Helene and the 100mph winds of Milton.

  Advanced roofing completed a full replacement of 120,000 sq ft of our association roof on time and on budget. This was a massive and complicated project and they held our hand through it. Their team from the executive level down to the workers were respectful and courteous the entire time on property. I have already personally recommended them to some of our neighbors and would do so in a heartbeat again if given the opportunity. 5 Stars
