The crew that did the installation of my hurricane windows and doors was fast, clean and polite. But don’t do business with them because if any problems are detected after the installation and you have to deal with the office people, they are terrible. They promised but they didn’t call me in advance before the city inspector arrive at our house, and with they made us loose the appointment. They rush you on the phone, too bad to listen to customers complain, too fast to speak. They didn’t care at all to send people back fast to fix my front door handle that wasn’t opening sometimes, and with this putting my house in risk because we have to leave the side doors open otherwise as plan B. Againn they don't care to send guys back to fix any issue. They only care to make money fast, even if is without quality. With this creating many unhappy employees at their office picking up too many calls from frustrate customers like me.

I called them this morning early. I was so excited when the called me back and told me they could come later in the day. They said from 2-4 pm. At 3:55 they told me someone was on their way and would be there is 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. How they got 5 star reviews is beyond me. Never!!!

Anesti and Pavlla changed my windows to impact windows purchased from Lowe’s. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. I would not hesitate to have them perform any other upgrades to my home.

We had an amazing experience working with MIW Roofing. This is our second time using their services—first for a door installation and now for a full roof replacement. From beginning to end, Alec guided us through every step with clear communication and genuine professionalism. The project was completed today, and the workmanship is outstanding. We highly recommend MIW Roofing to anyone looking for quality, reliable work.

anesti and pavllo were spot on. they knew how to get things done. i appreciate as well how they explianed things when you asked them. and they point to you if there are other things that you need to be aware of that they found while they were installing the doors/windows. above all things, aside from being experts on what they do, these guys are transparent. you just have to ask and listen.
