Shield proof roofing came to my house last November and showed us pictures of the completed job which I'm finding out are FAKE pictures . The work wasn't done correctly. I tried reaching out to the owner for a refund to have a competent roofer redo the job. He isn't responding. I'm planning on taking this to the county, city, BBB and licensing board until they are investigated for unethical work. Please be aware of the fake pictures and shotty work. The reviews on there website can't be real after what they did to me. Check the BBB before hiring them. ...

I don’t know what pictures are you talking about that they were fake because I took them and I showed them to you and you were fine with them. Don’t know what happened within the next few days. You said that they were fake. I run a legit business I don’t take advantage of anybody if you are unhappy You could’ve just called me and we would’ve resolved it

They came initially to fix a roof leak I was having. They ended up putting the wrong color shingles back. The result comes off as incomplete and unprofessional. I tried contacting them several times to come back and fix it to no avail.. I don't understand why they did not put the correct shingles in the first place. A headache to deal with.

So sorry for the misunderstanding, but if you give me a call, I will take care of it for you. Thank you yeah

Everybody's asking me on next door who's the roofer that took the fake pictures and didn't do the work properly. Well after two roofers came and confirmed with their pictures with me standing there they did the work very poorly after 6 months all around the skylight where they were supposed to seal is all cracked, loose tiles on the edge of the home, fascia board that wasn't corrected, loose tiles on the roof, and rusted vents that were supposed to be painted. The name of the company is SHIELD PROOF ROOFING. They were on the internet licensed and insured with 4.6 reviews. When I looked them up again last night the better Business bureau was listed underneath their name which should not show up originally on my first search for roofing company. They had three complaints against them and I will be following one with the better Business bureau. This company has no business doing roofs and I'm not sure what I can do to bring attention to the company besides the better Business bureau. If anybody has any other suggestions so they're not allowed to rip off other people I'd appreciate that input.

Bait and Switch!!! Quoted me a price roof replacement for a whole section of a roof. The day of the work, gave me a bunch of excuse as to why they are doing a "repair" instead. Insisted on the same price and works just fine for what I have. Lo and behold, it didn't hold up. Ghosting my phone call.
