Thank you, Yissy, for sharing your experience and acknowledging the positive aspects. We regret the project's delay and that some details weren't exactly as you expected. We're pleased to hear that the pergola and kitchen installation was professional and that Tomás and Didier provided attentive follow-up during the leak. We take your feedback regarding coordination, timing, and the quality of the finishes very seriously and will be implementing improvements in those areas. We remain at your disposal for any further assistance and will continue working until the issue is completely resolved.

The financing process was easy, and the payments were quite manageable. We are thrilled with the result of our pergola. It looks spectacular; the kitchen and the entire space are beautiful, and we're already using it a lot. The care and quality of the work are evident. The roof replacement work was excellent. Communication was great throughout, and the work was completed very quickly. The only delay was due to Miami-Dade permits; otherwise, the company was completely efficient. The quality couldn't have been better. The property was respected at all times, and everything was cleaned up afterward. I 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.
