  Beware of All American Roofing. From May 15, 2026, to today, July 7, 2026, I'm still waiting for them to finish my roof, and they've already sent me a bill for $4,000.00 USD for 40 sheets of wood that I never even saw. The employees are terrible. Hiring them was a bad decision.

There are many other companies with similar names that try to present themselves as our company because of our great reputation and many years in business.   Hi Susan Manning. it's 7 real estate investments. I hope you remember now. I will not remove this review I have all the files receipts and pics You were very quick to cash my checks!!!! I spoke to you over the phone several times***** I am a verified returning customer. I the last 5 years I have hired all American roofing to redo 5 roofs on my properties. This past year I have been having major issues with 2 of the roofs they have constructed. I brought my concerns to they're attention and they have refused to fix the problem. Instead they blame a third party and wash they're hands clean. The whole point of reroofing was to lower my insurance cost, but instead our inspector said the roofs show a major progressive sign of deterioration after only 4 years of installation. Roofs in Florida tend to last between 15 to 20 years. I have been calling for six months to please fix the issues but met with refusal. I have been a customer for many years spending over $100,000 cash over all without financing and they didn't even have any consideration towards a loyal customer. Right now I have to hire another company to clean the mess they have left me with. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company.

  Couldn't even get to first base with this company! Have a very slow leak that needs attention. Made an appointment for this past Wednesday for between 3 & 5 PM. I get a call from a nice lady Wednesday at 11:14 AM telling me they have to reschedule. OK, so we change it to Thursday between 10 & 12. I tell her emphatically that I cannot go past 12 so she says she'll notate that and push for 11. Thursday she calls me at 11:33 to tell me they're running late and can't make it until after 12. I remind her of my time limit and she asks if they can come later. I tell her yes after 3. She says she'll see if they can arrange something and will call me back later. Crickets, no call! Three strikes you're out! Perhaps they're not interested in just fixing a leak but their website does mention roof repairs. Regardless- very unprofessional!! If some owner/manager responds let it be known in advance that I was more than patient but your company dropped the ball! Please refrain from the usual exculpatory hand-wringing and admit it!!!

  All American Roofing is an excellent company. I had two roofs done and they were on point from start to finish. Steven and Lisa are awesome, very knowledgeable on top of everything. While the team was here doing the roofs the yard was full of supplies, and when they left it was like they were never here. They are extremely awesome at cleaning up. I recommend them to everyone looking to do their roof. 100% fabulous. Thank you

  I’ve been using All American Roofing for over 10 years across three different homes, Boca, Fort Lauderdale and Port St Lucie. They’ve been consistently excellent. They’re honest, punctual, and always do exactly what they say. On my most recent roof repair, they fixed a leak and went above and beyond by replacing damaged rafters they discovered from old termite damage—something that wasn’t in the estimate. They could have easily left it, but they chose to do the job right and showed me photos after. That level of integrity is hard to find. Highly recommend All American Roofing for anyone needing reliable roofing work. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

They exhibited remarkable professionalism, consistently arriving on schedule and working with great efficiency. They completed everything within the precise timeline they promised, which was such a relief. What truly amazed me was their meticulous attention to detail; it was astonishing!   I had a badly leaking roof which needed to be replaced. I got a few estimates which were fairly close, and chose All American Roofing. I am very glad I did. The team which arrived to remove our old roof (big job in itself) were all friendly and hard working. They placed boards and plastic to protect our paver driveway and did their best to maintain a clean site at the end of each day. The similarly friendly and hardworking crew came to do the installation of the new roof. Despite some rain and unseasonably cold weather, they worked hard to complete the job in the projected timeframe. After the work was completed, they returned to do a full cleanup. I highly recommend this roofing company!

  The best roofing company ever 5 out of 5 stars. Susan and her team are so professional, very respectful and caring. Their TV commercials are 100% true. All paperwork was completed on time and scheduled needed city/county inspectors. All work done was very clean and organized protecting the plants and driveway from nails. Highly recommended the cost was very competitive with other estimates.
