  Serious Concerns About Workmanship and Business Practices I paid approximately $6,500 to Evans Roofing for roofing work, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Following the work, I experienced water intrusion and visible damage to my home, including staining and deterioration of ceilings and walls, as documented in the attached photographs and videos. Homeowners place significant trust in roofing contractors and may spend thousands of dollars believing their homes will be properly protected. When serious problems occur after expensive roofing work, homeowners deserve answers and accountability. Based on my personal experience, the approximately $6,500 I paid, and the resulting conditions documented in my photographs and videos, I believe my concerns should be taken seriously and carefully reviewed by the appropriate local authorities. I cannot recommend Evans Roofing based on my experience.

  I choose Evans because of their rating on Broward Best. They were very accommodating with allowing me to made changes after my orginal choices.My problem was my back patio started leaking after 7 months they came out and patched the leak two months later leaking again in the meanwhile a leak started in my middle bedroom. Edgar came out and checked the area and said they would patch my patio roof again and a nail had popped up causing the leak in bedroom . I'm not happy that having a patch on a brand new roof twice is not what I expected. I asked for the patio roof to be fixed by using hot tar and match the rest of the roof. Not going to happen. As far as my bedroom I guess I'm responsible to seal and paint the spot on bedroom ceiling and have no idea about condition of the insulation or if any mold is growing in my attic.The ironic thing is i didn't need a new roof the insurance company decided if I didn't replace my roof they would cancel my homeowners insurance. 49 years in my home and never had a roof leak.

  Unfortunately my experience with this company was bad. I feel it is my obligation to all people that are going to the hassle or looking for a roofing partner to describe what happened. Evans Roofing was hired to re-roof a flat roof 4 units townhouse. After pulling the necessary permits with the City and dropping off materials on our roof, we were told that the Project Manager that worked with us had resigned and the company decided that to change the project specifications we agreed upon providing a much lower quality and unacceptable solution. No explanation was provided as why. This left us completely stranded during the onset of the rainy season, forcing us to scramble to find another roofer—a stressful and nightmarish process in and of itself. They did return the deposit, of course. To make things worse their customer service department communication was very poor, disorganized, and confusing. Unfortunately, this level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend Evans Roofing based on my experience.

  Leaking roof. Very quick response to locate problem. Repaired roof promptly, working until repair was completed, even past normal end of work day hours. So pleased with everything. Highly recommend this roofing company!

  We had a new roof put on by Evans Roofing. Well, I just wanted to write this Review due to the Service we had a couple of years after the roof was put on. I had a screened vent cover that came loose. Called the office, Nancy set me up with the Maintenance supervisor that scheduled my repair. The maintenance Tech Patrico repaired the vent and also checked all other vents. Patrico checked the Dryer vent and noticed it was improperly screened, (should not have one), Will load up with lint. SO, A BIG THANK YOU TOO ALL !!!

  I had my roof repaired and replaced with aluminum standing seam striated panels. I also had hurricane brackets installed. The tear-off and panel installation went smoothly. Sales Estimator Chris provided helpful information and suggestions during the quotation process. He was one of several contacts I had during the installation. He routinely stopped by to review the progress and answered any questions I had. Everyone involved in the installation provided excellent service!

  Evans Roofing was called to repair and recoat my 65 year old tile and SPF roof with an Acrylic Top coat. Their supervisor, Edgar Ramos, came to estimate the job the next day. He was on time, very thorough and knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Our agreed upon price was very reasonable. Edgar said his crew would begin work the next morning, and they showed up as promised. His roofing crew worked on the roof for the next three days. They showed up on time and were always very polite and professional. The finished product was as promised and excellent. The last part of the job was to coat my carport. It rained that night before the paint could dry and some of the coating washed off. Edgar backed up his work, and, after the roof thoroughly dries, is sending his crew out to recoat the areas that were effected by the rain. I came across this company through a friend who had a roof leak two years ago. She has had no problem with the repair, and was very happy with the result. Edgar is the best - Call him if you have a roof problem and want some straight answers! Thanks, Edgar! Bill Walsh

  Needed to patch 4 tiles from hurricane Ian and they did a great job for us and within the time frame the insurance company required and are currently storing some extra tiles for us.

  After a few repairs to our old roof we decided it was time for a new one. After doing some "research" and asking around for a couple quotes we decided to go with Evans Roofing, and let me tell ya'll..... It was so smooth I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Their Sales Rep Elias Irving visited us and made the process simple and clear. After a couple of weeks waiting for the permits to go thru, the project began. William Murcia our PM was awesome! He went above and beyond to keep us informed every step of the way. He made the process stress-free, answered all of our questions, and ensured the work was completed on time and with excellent quality.
