  Lack of communication, no credit for unused supplies, didn’t clean up work area, leaving nails and debris in yard and driveway. Had to call to get the trash bin picked up 6days after the job was completed and left materials in the driveway! Service has went downhill over the last 7 years. Very sad!

  Came across one of their employees while driving and saw them aggressively turn a corner and then had a scary situation where I was cut off by them. Hate to review the business for that, but definitely made me not want to ever use them.

  One of your trucks just flew past driving about 80 in a 60 construction zone weaving in and out of traffic. Peddle to the floor at the light on Miami St while getting on 75 too. I couldn't catch up to take picture. Please drive more safely especially while driving a billboard and being the face of your company!

  Horrible company. Representative came by said that I lived in a historic district of ohio and that the the roof was attached to a old horse stable. After the history lesson he than repeated how expensive the roof would be and qouted me 150,000 for a garage roof. The disrespect from this Representative. I played along and agreed and asked seagate to send me the qoute and when can they start. Never heard from them again. Go with a smaller company that doesn't have commercials they will treat you way better. Went local with a owens corning certified installer. Can't imagine how many people this company has ripped off over the years

  We have asked all of our representatives trying to get to the bottom of this situation. None of them recall ever quoting $150,000 for a garage roof.   I had contracted Seagate after they did a small, rubber roof replacement at my home in 2019. They did that job pretty well and I can't complain about that. However, I contracted them to replace 3 (2 rubber and 1 full shingle) roofs on my apartment complex in the Old West End after owning the building for just over a year. Communication was terrible, they took months longer than originally quoted to start the work. I contacted them multiple times about letting me know when they would be starting and finishing the work and I never received a message about when they would start until I ripped into their sales guy for not returning my calls, it had been a long time (3+ months) after they said they would start. They pulled off of my building days before the big polar vortex storm in February, 2021. The ground froze over with ice and snow after a few days (even though they never let me know they finished the job) after they left. 2 weeks later, the snow melted and the ground exposed tons of materials left on-site from their crews. Old roof shingles, roofing nails, cigarette butts and other materials littered my entire property. I spent hours cleaning the property after the fact and repairing my tenants tires from the roofing nails that littered my entire parking lot. Within a couple of weeks, my tenants roof leaked so bad, it destroyed many of his electronics in his living room and the ceiling of the apartment he lived in. They came out days later and said it was an issue with one of my windows and the trim above the unit. I had the trim and window siding replaced the next day. A couple of days later it rained and my tenant's roof was leaking again. I had an independent contractor come out and assess the situation and noted serious flaws in the quality of work done by the roofing crew. I got the Seagate crews out 2 days later, they let me know they "fixed" a couple of things on the roof and they tested it with water for leaks. The leak is apparently now fixed as of 4/7/2

  Seagate Roofing and Foundation Services clearly gave the write out and draw out for the basement waterproofing job to my house, with easy to read measurements. They sealed accorded areas per description; going from an in flowing water problem to it's 18 years later now and dry as a bone. A true house and home saving repair, thanks.

  Seagate was very professional and dependable. They did an excellent job on the installation of attic vents, roof and gutters. I have no complaints, I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

  My 28 year old concrete porch development foundation cracks. I obtained multiple quotes and opinions, including a completely inaccurate diagnosis of the problem from another foundation company. Seagate's diagnosis by Tom was proven 100% accurate as could be seen when the dirt was excavated. We had helical piers installed by Wes and Tim from Seagate. Very professional, experienced and excellent explanations of what they were doing and why. They could not have been better. Antonio then came in to pour new concrete. Like the others, he was professional, polite and explained everything well. All the workers were great representatives for their business. A rainy April delayed the concrete work, so I can't blame Seagate for the weather. One tiny criticism is that I'm not sure the office people communicate well with the on site workers as to scheduling. I don't know whose fault that is, but anytime I called I got a prompt response from someone. Not a big deal at all, but calling it as I see it. Finally, their pricing seems a tiny bit higher than others. However, you get what you pay for and in my case, I received a high quality job. The bottom line--- I would absolutely use Seagate again and recommend them.

  My experience with Seagate has been excellent. First, They gave me a fair quote on the crawlsoace water abatement. Next, The team of men doing the work have been processional, polite, and ready to answer any questions I’ve had. These men have been prompt each day, consistent in their work and have worked well as a team. There is good communication between them and also with my husband and I. The work is exactly as stated in the contract, I highly recommend this company .
