  Purchased a home in which the previous owner used this company to replace the roof in 2022. There was one leak that occurred in the garage area. This company repaired the leak but refused to repair the damage caused by the leak. This company also replaced all of the roof fascia when the roof was replaced. Just three years later, all of the fascia is completely rotten and the company says it is not their responsibility and is not covered by the warranty. We are having to replace all the fascia at a huge cost. We even asked this company for an estimate on fascia replacement and they never followed up which tells me they know they are in the wrong. They never followed up after leaving messages or promising to send staff out for inspections. I would avoid doing business with this company as they do not honor the warranty or follow up

  Ripped out my electrical wiring and deliberate all and busted the drywall and unfinished outer raw plywood. There was a hole caused by storm. Notice: before and after.

  Wrecked the solar panels they indicated they would be able to take down without issues. The work-boot footprints on the solar panels from the roofers walking across the panels is an indication that they had no idea what they were doing.

  Update (July 2026): We recently used SCM Roofing for a third project, this time for a roof repair after a fallen tree branch caused damage. Once again, Robbie and Jose were outstanding! Robbie was patient in answering all of our questions about the repair, the inspection and quote were provided quickly, and the work was completed promptly and professionally. Having now trusted SCM Roofing with 2 full roof replacement and a repair on our church campus, they have certainly earned our trust. Robbie and Jose from SCM Roofing were incredible from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated every step of the process clearly, and showed great attention to detail. Once completed, the roof looked great, and they left the property clean and clear of debris. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience stress-free. If you're looking for reliable and quality roofing services, I would highly recommend SCM Roofing!

  Had damage to my roof. Got several inspections and quotes from roofing companies. SCM stood out from the rest for several reasons. They are GAF Master Elite Certified. Reasonably priced (though they were not the lowest). Reviews were good. Contract was not one-sided. Customer service was outstanding. Robbie answered all my questions/concerns (I had a lot of questions). He was able to get the repair done quickly and on a Saturday. This particular Saturday was significant. Jose did the roof repair in the morning. By the afternoon, winds were 40mph +. I could have had worse damage. However, Jose and his crew were great. He patiently answered all of questions, and they respected my property. The final product looks great. Thanks again SCM.

  Our experience with SCM roofing was great! Robbie was quick to get us our estimate and get it scheduled. We were shown pictures and plans for what our roof needed. Jose and his team arrived when they said and worked meticulously together from the start to the finish of our roof. Their cleanup was great too as you could not tell they were ever here. We feel they did a great job throughout and we would recommend them for anyone needing a new roof! We also had them build an awning over our back door which came out perfect as well. (And since ours was completed over the holiday the guys enjoyed my Christmas cookies and muffins during their lunch breaks☺️) great job!

  If you are looking for great communication, great customer service, and a great overall roofing product, choose SCM Roofing. Robbie handled our reroof with the utmost professionalism, speed, and honesty! Jose and his installation crew were simply amazing!! All be it our house is on the small side, they completed it in a day! And last but not least, Kayla in the office who helped us with any questions and concerns that we may have had!
