I am writing to report dangerous and reckless driving by one of your employees earlier today. On May 31, 2026, at approximately 3:15 PM, I witnessed one of your company trucks driving very aggressively at speeds in excess of 100 mph for extended periods of time. This occurred in very heavy traffic on eastbound I-12, starting at Exit 68. The dangerous behavior continued for five miles until the driver finally exited south at Exit 74, and I expect it continued well past that point as I proceeded east. I know the duration and speed of this encounter because I was actively trying to catch up with the truck to get a company phone number. My vehicle's speed control stops at 100mph, and I wasn't gaining on your vehicle. Luckily, traffic briefly held the driver up at one point, which allowed me to close the distance and write down the website address printed on the tailgate next to the handle. This driver was endangering not only his own life but everyone around him. I expect a company that utilizes branded vehicles to hold its drivers to a much higher standard of safety, and I hope this matter is addressed immediately. If I had been in my own jurisdicition on duty this driver would have definitely had his day interrupted with a little trip to the station and an impounded vehicle.

They are not interested in new roof construction projects. Look elsewhere as this company must be overbooked and uncapable of adding new clients.

Had Roof installed by them in 2020. Tried for over a year to get in contact with them regarding an area that was not replaced. When the owner finally showed up he told me there would be a charge, even though it was never installed initially. I agreed to proceed and then they never returned my calls. Had to have another company do the repair. The lady who answers the phone is often rude and unprofessional. Would never use them again.

It took a few attempts for Schwander Hutchinson Roofing to fix my leak a few years ago but it was finally done. Since Hurricane Ida, even after 6 months has passed, they cannot bother to give me a repair estimate. They are too busy doing …

Very reliable roofer. I used Don for a listing I had that needed a new roof. The work was done quickly and he was very responsive when I needed paperwork for the closing at the last minute.

My roof was installed 1 1/2 years ago after Hurricane Zeta. Recently I noticed a water problem to facia & soffit area below flashing. Their worker said nails were used rather than screws so he replaced & calked. Even though my contract said workmanship guaranteed 5 years, I was told by owner the damage was not their problem. I explained I had lost by spouse after several months illness & felt frustrated not being able to discuss my predicament. I was not aware that I could edit and sorry I haven’t done so before this time. Schwander did come back out and take care of this problem. They are a top-notch company.

They take the time to find your problem and fix it correctly. I wouldn't use anyone else for repairs or a new roof.

Best roofer in the metro area. Gave a no BS estimate of how to fix and what it would cost. Then delivered on his promises, an honest roofer does exist.
