  Thomas and his crew did an excellent job on our roof leak repair near the sunroom. We had trouble finding a roofer who could properly diagnose the issue, but Thomas came out, identified the problem, and clearly explained the repair plan, materials, and cost. The team returned as scheduled, completed the roofing work in stages, and made sure everything was finished the right way. He also installed new aluminum siding and matched it very well to the existing exterior, which made the whole repair blend in nicely. The workmanship was detailed and professional, and it was clear they cared about doing quality roofing and exterior work. In Roswell, it is important to have a roofer who understands heat, storms, and common leak areas, and this crew really knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this roofing company and only wish we had found them sooner.

  Our mother’s home had ongoing leaks around the windows, and we were worried water might also be getting into parts of the roofline and exterior wall areas. We had the windows sealed twice before by other contractors, but the problem kept coming back. We did not want to waste more money, so we took extra time to find a roofing and exterior repair company we could really trust. Sawyer Family Roofers inspected everything carefully and found six windows with trouble spots. They replaced damaged sills, repaired mortar and brick where needed, sealed the window edges, and addressed the surrounding exterior areas that could let in rain during heavy storms. The crew finished the work in about two days, kept the area clean, and explained the process in simple terms. after several strong rainstorms, we have had no problems at all. we feel relieved knowing our mom is safe, dry, and better protected. thomas was professional and easy to work with.

  We are very happy with Sawyer Family Roofers. Our association has 72 units made up of four-story tile roof buildings, with 12 buildings plus a clubhouse and a gazebo. We worked with Randall, and he kept the whole roofing process smooth and organized from start to finish. The team also installed 7-inch gutters with downspouts and completed a full aluminum soffit project, which really helped improve the overall exterior. Before the tile roofing materials arrived, a temporary roof barrier was put in place to protect our homes from rain and bad weather. The roofing crews were skilled, professional, and kept the work moving at a steady pace. Randall made sure we got exactly what we needed at a fair price, with solid workmanship and great service both during the job and after everything was completed.   Three roofing projects, three excellent experiences. We have used this roofer for many years, and every job has gone smoothly. The first project was a full roof replacement along with new gutters. The old roof was in very poor condition, and there was a good amount of roof decking and wood that needed to be replaced. The crew handled it quickly and professionally and finished the work in just two days. Later, after a severe storm caused tree damage, they repaired the home by replacing half of the roof and updating all of the siding. The project stayed on schedule, the cleanup was thorough, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish. Most recently, at another home, they removed an aging roof and installed a new one in a single day. The roofing crew was hardworking, organized, and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the price, the quality of the materials, and the final result. Overall, they have been dependable on every roofing and exterior job we have had done.

  I would definitely recommend Sawyer Family Roofers for a shingle roof replacement. A neighbor pointed me to this crew, and Randall came out when I asked for an estimate and walked me through the roofing materials and options in a clear, professional way. The price was fair for the shingle choices I picked, and the whole process felt straightforward and well organized. The crew arrived right on time on the scheduled day, laid down tarps to protect the shrubs and surrounding areas, and got right to work. They completed the roofing job exactly as explained, and it was clear they knew their trade. They also did an excellent cleanup before leaving, even using a magnetic rake to pick up stray nails around the property.   Very professional service. Sawyer Family Roofers came out after a strong hail storm and quickly spotted damage to my roof and gutters that I had missed. As a newer homeowner, I was worried the roofing repair process and insurance claim would be stressful, but Thomas explained each step in simple terms and made everything feel easy to handle. He stayed in touch the whole time, answered my questions, and helped with the insurance side of the job. They also worked with my budget and gave me a helpful discount. The roofing crew was skilled, on time, and very detail focused. They replaced the damaged areas, made sure the gutters were addressed properly, and cleaned up the yard when the work was done. My roof looks better than ever now, the workmanship is solid, and everything was brought up to code. I only had to pay my deductible, which made the whole experience even better.   Julian and his crew replaced the shingles on the house we were buying and did a great roofing job. They were on time, easy to reach, and kept us updated through the whole project. They also took clear photos of extra roof damage they found and explained everything in simple terms before fixing it at a fair price. They even added a gable above the chimney area to help stop future water intrusion, since the old roof design was letting rain work its way into the chimney cavity. The whole roof replacement was finished in one day, and they cleaned up the yard and driveway so well it looked like no work had even happened. Since then, the new shingles have continued to look excellent, and we have had no leaks or other issues.
