  We’re new home owners, but Christian Brothers replaced the roof of our house in 2020. A few weeks ago, our ceiling was actively leaking due to all the rain. We called a few contractors & were told it was a flashing issue under our siding. I contacted Christian Brothers 5 times over the course of 2-3 weeks, they only answered twice and both times reassured me that someone would call me back with warranty information & to schedule a visit. The most recent time I called, I left a voicemail explaining the urgency of our situation & requesting a callback ASAP. They still have not followed up and at this point, I’m not sure I would want their services anyway.

  I am leaving an Honesty Review of my experience and this is not to bash the company. I think overall the work done is looks good and has been holding up well. We haven't had a leak since the replacement. Shane did well guiding us through the process. Where I think everyone was lacking was the communication. I don't know if the people who did the rook were contractors or employees but they rushed the whole thing within a day. When they tossed things off the roof they didn't look were they were throwing things and damaged a few things. They also didn't properly clean even though I was told multiple times someone would come back. Every time I asked someone they would say "I'm sorry, we will get someone out" but never follow though. So my neighbor and I went out picking up pieces of the roof, nails and screws in order to avoid tire punctures. Both of these issues I can live with. What was most upsetting was the back and forth about invoices and the threating tones through email because the front office dropped the ball with the insurance company. Work was done in April. I paid the 1st half that was agreed upon (my deductible & 1st check from insurance). Then I received a second invoice with no explanation while they were working out showing the work was done with the insurance so the insurance company would release the final funds. 6 months go by of me waiting thinking that everything was clear and paid by the insurance only to get a almost threating email about unpaid invoice and going to collections. When I called to clarify the back and forth with the lady was unprofessional and not called for. She claimed that they had been calling and emailing me for sometime.... that was a lie. I asked about the discrepancy from the second check that I received within the time I was left out of the loop to the apparent time they were pushing the collection motive which again uncalled for. Instead of working to figure out what was wrong I was treated like I was the one at fault. I

  OMG WHATEVER YOU DO MUST NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY CUT MY CABLE AND I STOPPED PAY ON THE CHECK UNTIL A WEEK LATER WHEN I FINALLY GOT CABLE NO THANKS TO THEM AS I HAD TO HAVE COMCAST COME OUT AND FIX THEIR MISTAKE AND THEN I HAD THE BANK DO A CERTIFIED CHECK PAID IN FULL SO OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY. I COME HOME THREE WEEKS LATER FROM WORK AND GO TO THE MAILBOX AND THEY HAVE FILED A LIEN ON MY HOME!!! SO BAD!!!! I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional as they came out to put roof on home and I as assured that someone would be there to supervise and make sure everything went well. The roofers cut my Comcast cable and no one even bothered to tell me. The person who was in charge had left the home earlier and I had to go somewhere that afternoon and came home to no television. They admittted they had done this but was not sure why and certainly not sure why I had not been told. I had company here and it was July 4th weekend and no one could watch television as Comcast could not get out here for a week.

  Christian Brothers Roofing replaced my roof back in 2020 and did an excellent job! This year after a recent storm, I found a shingle in my front yard. I called Christian Brothers Roofing, they sent Joel out to inspect my roof. He was prompt, courteous, and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this company!

  I highly recommend Christian Brothers roofing company for their outstanding service and commitment to their customers. They are trustworthy, reliable, and ethical, always standing by their word.The person who owns the company is a gentleman and authentic to his faith. My roof was installed 10 years back and the job was done exceptionally well. After 10 years of having my roof installed by them, recent strong winds and rain caused a few shingles to shift. I reached out via email, and within a day, they scheduled an appointment and fixed the issue promptly. Their quick response and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its work even after a decade—Christian Brothers roofing company is one of those rare gems! I will hire them again within a heartbeat.

  Just had my roof redone with them. Very professional, cost effective and good follow-up. Easy to work with. Also extremely helpful in renegotiating with insurance company regarding storm damage and how they would pay. Couldn't do better with anyone else.

  Christian Brothers Roofing gave a fair and competitive bid. They were there to do the work when they said they would be and completed the work appropriately. They also did an excellent job of cleanup.

  If you’re in need of a new roof , these are the folks to call . They do great work , clean work , stay in communication with you throughout the process . Work with you on financing and listen to your concerns and questions . I wouldn’t trust any other roofer . Great job by a great company . You’re going to need a new roof one day , going to pay significantly for one , may as well be a company you can trust and a company that follows through . They clean up every nail and shingle when they are finished .
