  Ms Reed, we've been expecting this review after Esther Clark told you she didn't appreciate the ongoing racist comments you directed toward our team. We will gladly take a 1-Star review from you. Those who have worked with us know we are professional, communicative, and above all, believe in treating our clients, team and crews with decency and respect. During our 8+ years in business, there has only been a handful of times when our team has said they would prefer to not work with a client based on their words/actions. This was such a situation. We thoroughly reviewed your file, estimate signed, work orders, and the phone conversations between you and our office team members. From the very first day, you repeatedly made disparaging comments about our crew and us not being a Veteran-owned, all-American company. We will not repeat the specific words said. Our project coordinator with whom you worked is bilingual and was almost shaking after a conversation with you based on your treatment. During the project, our Project Manager talked with you for a while onsite to answer your questions and explain the scope of work. He also gave you upgraded gutter guards at no extra cost to you. We also had an electrician go out, at no charge to you, to fix your censors (which had nothing to do with the project). We tried to do everything we could to keep the situation civil with you and to finish the project amicably. Unfortunately, sometimes there is no way to keep a client happy, especially in light of your comments/actions. Multiple team members said they thought we should part ways with you. As Esther Clark told you on the phone, it seemed to be in the best interest of all parties to end the project. She agreed to remove the gutter guards from the estimate, so that you could purchase them elsewhere. We had already installed the gutters and repaired the fascia. She offered to give you a discount on the work we'd already performed, which you accepted, in lieu of us doing

  Hi Kayla, At first, we weren’t able to locate your name in our system, but after further review, we believe we’ve identified the job associated with your review through your husband. Payment was received for both repairs, and we don’t have any emails, calls, or texts regarding concerns about our work before the file was closed. After reviewing the details, I see that we addressed multiple areas on the roof. However, it does appear that we made a mistake on our initial visit. The reason we were called out was to address a leak caused by rotten sheathing, but due to a lack of specificity in the work order, our crew mistakenly focused on another damaged area near the pipe boot instead. We’ve attempted to reach out and would still love the opportunity to discuss this with you. We truly care about providing honorable service to our clients, and from what I can see, this was an unintentional oversight on our part. While repairs alone don’t make up the bulk of our business, we treat every project with the same level of care and are committed to ensuring our work is done right.   Mr. Wingfield, as confirmed by the adjuster we completed the insurance scope of work and even did additional work outside of the scope free of charge. Clark Brothers did not make a penny off of your job and actually loss money. We did our best to argue with insurance on your behalf. Your home is very old and was extremely difficult to make it new considering the low funds and requirements set by insurance. We do NOT cut corners and would never tell an employee or worker to do so. We do tell them to not do work that is not approved. We certainly aren't perfect but did our best considering the circumstances. I am sorry you did not fill satisfied with the finished project. Thank you for the opportunity, we will try better in the future.

  Mrs. Jones, it saddens us to receive this review as we believe it is not only grossly unfair but also completely untruthful. Myles* attempted to complete your free inspection, according to our company's procedures. You were very rude to him and belittled him as he attempted his inspection. We don’t claim to be perfect, but when a potential client doesn’t even allow us to try to do our initial inspection process, it can be very challenging. You then called our office and were downright rude to my wife, who WAS working from our office in Roswell. She was not at home as you claim. Even though we do 100% support our employees working from home when needed to take care of children/family members during these challenging times. From our initial inspection and then your call to our office, we flagged your file as a client we would not want to work with due to your behavior. But I still personally went to your home myself to attempt to answer your questions and deescalate the situation. Even if we know it is a job we don't want to contract, we still take the time to deliver the best experience we can for the potential customer. I spent an hour inspecting your entire home, as you requested I look at every inch of previous work from your contractor. As I told you, they did an awful job. It was frustrating to see such shoddy work, but that's not unusual to see in our industry. Your previous painting, carpentry, and deck work was done poorly by previous workers. I was truthful in telling you that we could not piece it back together. I will not do a half job just to make a little money. Based upon the shoddy work completed on your home by others, I am not at all surprised you found someone to paint your home for around $4k. Just the paint itself would cost us around $2,500 to complete your entire home. That doesn't begin to cover labor, insurance, overhead, etc. I also let you know we are not a company that does high volume in painting, which increases our paint price over

  Excellent experience with this company! I ultimately didn’t get any work done because they let me know nothing was wrong. I had Nicholas come out and look at some gaps I noticed in my roofline. The roof is less than 4 years old, I don’t have any leaks but I didn’t like what I was seeing. The scheduling was easy, Nicholas was courteous and took lots of pictures. After reviewing the pictures and doing some research back at the shop - they determined the roof was installed correctly and the gap I was seeing had to do with manufacturer’s guidelines so it was totally fine. They also suggested a cosmetic approach if the look bothered me - but only if I wanted to do it. Besides being totally professional, I really appreciate the honesty and the time spent researching what they saw. If I ever need anything done related to my roof, these will be the first guys I call.

  Had the best experience possible after calling Clark brothers . Nicholas P. came out not once but twice for 2 separate unrelated issues I was having with my home.   The gutter was coming loose from our 1960’s house. Stefan said we should just need new brackets. Fixed it for less than 10% of the other guy’s quote (which also did not include any fascia repair and he wouldn’t warranty the work.) Could not be happier!!! Stefan’s quote for new gutters and downspouts, if we chose that route, was still less than half the other.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction, a veteran-owned family business, and the experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. We needed several repairs completed around our home, including replacing rotten handrails on our front porch, repairing rotten wood on the porch framing, and replacing the damaged screening around our screened-in back porch. From the moment we submitted a request through their website, the entire process was professional, organized, and customer-focused. Ivan Soto, our specialist, took the time to walk the entire property with us, carefully inspecting every repair that was needed. He thoroughly explained the scope of work, answered all of our questions, and made the scheduling process simple and stress-free. Unfortunately, an unexpected family emergency came up just before our scheduled repair date, and we had to leave town. When I called Liz, the Project Coordinator, she couldn’t have been more understanding or compassionate. She immediately expressed concern for our family, assured us there would be no problem rescheduling, and let us know they would be ready whenever we returned home. That level of kindness and empathy meant a great deal to us during a difficult time. After we returned, Liz quickly worked us back into the schedule. On the day of the project, Efrain Alvarez and his coworker arrived exactly when promised. They introduced themselves, reviewed the project with us, and made sure we didn’t have any questions before getting started. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Partway through the project, Carson, one of the Project Managers, stopped by to check on the progress and make sure we were completely satisfied and had no additional questions or concerns.   We had a great experience with Stefan from Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction. I contacted him on Tuesday after my parents suddenly noticed a leak coming through their kitchen ceiling, and he responded incredibly quickly. That same afternoon, he came out to inspect the issue, identified the problem, and explained the possible solutions clearly and honestly. We really appreciated his professionalism, transparency, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. It’s hard to find contractors who are both responsive and honest, and Stefan definitely was. We’re very thankful for his help.
