  Contractor showed up gave him information about what I needed done. Contractor said he would email me a quote. Contractor came on a Wednesday I followed up on a Friday about quote. Contractor said he would have it to me by Monday. Now one week later still no estimate and no communication. So all the people that gave 5 stars, I just wish I could have had someone give me a quote but that to much to get I guess!! So for service I give a fail, contractor in person nice guy and pleasant so on that I would give 3 stars. Communication I would give a fail. Michael

  I called for some general info and the rep on the phone couldn’t answer a single question. Not to mention, her lack of professionalism was apparent. The rep even had attitude with me when I was confused that she couldn’t tell me anything about the company or roofing in general. Onto the next company!

  I cannot say enough good about the Fowler Exteriors Team. We inherited, and by that I mean bought, a home with a metal roof that was poorly done from the start...as it turned out. We were not prepared for the added cost of a new roof... financially or emotionally. It took us some time to get past all that and through it all, Lee patiently answered all of the many questions... educated me really. He was kind with his time with no guarantee I would ultimately decide in their favor. I talked to three other companies and the experience was markedly different. That was it really. We talked through the various options in detail. Again, patient with us while we got comfortable with all of the decisions. Sure, price was a factor as always... and it was competitive... and it was fair. The work they did is exemplary. Buying a roof is not the sort of thing you relish. No real joy in it. What made it more comforting was the team... I got to know them well while they were here. All of the guys were genuinely nice and considerate...and most important they did what was clearly very conscientious work. When they left...my wife and I both remarked that there were no signs that they were even here. Except for the beautiful and well-done new roof. A final point. In today's world it's fair to look askance at online reviews. I certainly do. I'll just say, we are real folks and we live in Big Canoe, GA.

  We have some soffit and face board damage in a few areas around our house. Jeff came out and inspected the affected areas. He got me a quote same day. When I confirmed the job, they were able to come out within a few and do the work. They did an awesome job and even fixed part of my gutters that were bent out previously. Would definitely call them again for future work.

  Very few contractors that I have dealt with actually do what they say they are going to do, on time, on budget and give a great customer service experience. Very professional and showed up even a little early for our appointment! What? Work was completed exactly as it was described and exactly on budget.

  Fowler completed a reroof for me, I was very pleased with all aspects of the project, and the end result looks great. It has since poured a few times since, and no leaks. Would definitely recommend.

  After going through a disaster with XXX company to repair are our metal roof leaks. We are so happy with the work that was done to actually address the deeper issues and take care of the issues. The first time! The team was here all day and they were very efficient. We highly recommend Justin and his crew!

  Fowler Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof! As expected from A professional roofing companies, they were very knowledgeable and worked well with my insurance company. What was “unexpected” was the care they showed the Landscaping around my home and the cleanup after the job was finished. They covered all of my plants and we’re very careful when disposing of the old roof not to damage any of the Landscaping. They reality did a great job cleaning up after working on my roof for almost 16 hours that day… They did not cut any corners! Fowler had a family member on site during the entire installation and they followed up after the job was complete. I highly recommend Fowler… Ask for Dan, you won’t be disappointed.

  I've used Lee and his team for two meaningful exterior repairs on our house--they've been exemplary both times. Communication is excellent, the team are total professionals, and the pricing is fair. They are literally the first people I think of when I see anything wrong on the outside of my house.

  Allison, Justin and crew were OUTSTANDING!!! From initial contact to job completion, the only issue was what can’t be controlled, the weather. Communication and quality of work were more important to me than the quote. I received the best of all three. Justin was always around and available to answer any questions. His video explanation of the project was excellent, so I knew exactly what work would be performed and why. I even had a few add ons that I found during repairs that were handled without any questions. The crew came to work! Entire project completed in one day. It has been a very long time that I can remember a request for service that was seamless and trouble free. Believe me, I looked for anything and everything that wasn’t to my expectation and found nothing. Kudos to this group for a great job from a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend. A+++!

  Fowler Exteriors fixed a challenging roof leak in my 20 year old stone coated steel roof. They also conducted a full roof maintenance. They were professional, friendly, courteous, punctual and effective. I highly recommend Fowler and will use them again if the need arises in the future.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to roof your house, the most essential part of a shelter, keeping you and your family dry. It is a particular kind of honor. In the interest of full disclosure, this is my sister, and her review is among the best we have received.

Would definitely call them again for future work." Soffit and fascia damage is one of those exterior issues that doesn't always get the attention it deserves. It doesn't look as urgent as a missing shingle or a visible roof leak, and because it develops gradually it's easy to put off until the damage has progressed further than it should. What most homeowners don't realize is how much work soffit and fascia are actually doing. The fascia runs along the lower edge of the roofline and is what the gutter system attaches to. When it softens from moisture or rot the gutters lose their anchoring and begin to pull away, which creates its own set of problems for water management around the foundation and roofline. The soffit covers the underside of the roof overhang and plays a role in keeping the exterior weather tight and protected from the elements. Damage to either one tends to be progressive. A small soft spot left unaddressed spreads along adjacent material and into the structure behind it. Catching it early almost always means a straightforward repair.
