  I’m really not satisfied with this company’s service. After the roof replacement, many of the siding boards were damaged, and the indoor exhaust pipes were badly misaligned. They also promised a referral bonus if I introduced friends, and I did refer several who successfully had their roofs replaced — but I never received any referral payment. They kept calling to pressure me to pay the remaining balance without even checking whether the insurance company had paid me. I definitely do not recommend this company and truly regret working with them. Very disappointing experience!

  I am terribly sorry you ever had a problem with our company! I just spoke to you and you told me this happened in 2018 almost 5 years ago. The salesman you speak of has not been with us for a long time. Like I said I am sorry for something that happened such a long time ago.

  I would not advise anyone to use this business. I paid $3800 for leaf guard gutter system and general roof repair. I am adding photos to show how far the money I paid went. I found out after the install that gutters do not include down spouts (because clearly I didn't understand that and should have asked in the beginning if gutters meant downspouts too) and then I found the mess left on top of my air conditioning unit and nails and spikes all over my car port and yard. 2/5/21 I got a call from the business so I am updating my review as requested by Bonner with this: 1: Bonner Built sought my business over many weeks. Even when I got so caught up in family/work related stress and didn't return their calls/texts, they continued to seek my business. 2. They matched my house color to the leaf guard gutters as you see in the photos. McKenzie was very nice! 3. I take full responsibility of misunderstanding 'gutters' did not mean downspouts. The sales contract said "gutters". The sales contract did not say "gutters and downspouts". I've learned a valuable lesson! I did already mention that above...that clearly I didn't understand it but just so we're clear - I am not the expert...)

  Bonner's team installed a new roof. Bonner was very prompt and courteous before the installation and payment. After installation, new leaks appeared. Numerous calls were made, to which every excuse was used to get out of fixing the issues. It was either someone else's fault or the "abnormally heavy rains" that caused the new leaks. Eventually I gave up on Bonner and hired someone else to come out and repair our new roof. Two independent roofers said that flashing was not installed properly by Bonner. Take it for what it's worth but I can't sit here and have someone read almost perfect reviews without saying something while I figure out how much it will cost to repair sheet rock damaged by leaks from my new Bonner roof.

  I'm only giving one star simply because 0 stars was not an option. I am so completely disgusted with this company. The only person I've spoken to that was pleasant to work with was Melissa Bonner but everyone else has been a nightmare. They could care less about their responsibility to be transparent professional and respectful to their clients. Originally I was frustrated with the salesman because of all of the misleading information he provided to me. I regret ever letting them in my home and agreeing to allow them to work on my roof. None of the things that were promised at my kitchen table were provided He promised that the work would be done in one day which it wasn't. He promised that he would be there to monitor the workers which he wasn't. He promised me that my patio furniture would be protected but of course it wasn't. I was dealing with the travesty that was my roof replacement for several days before everything was cleaned up. Even after I was finding nails and sharp objects all over my yard where my 2 year old and 5 year old play. My patio furniture is damaged. My roof appears to be buckling, not laying flat, and not flushing to the home the way that it was before the replacement. The product was supposed to be the same as I originally had but it definitely looks cheaper. And I can't put all the blame on the salesman because after speaking with the owner he too refuses to take any responsibility for his product, his team or his brand. If you had a good experience with them, lucky for you because they don't own up to their mistakes or try to make things right if things happened to go wrong. A home is one of the biggest investments that people make in their lifetime.... I pray that no one else has to endure what we have had to deal with.

  Jason helped by reviewing my past records and then checking to determine whether a new roof was necessary ( it wasn’t). He sent a crew out to inspect the leak and provide a quote with in a few days. The repair was completed and the cost was way less than I expected!

  We were very satisfied with our roof replacement. Jeff was efficient, knowledgeable and always responded quickly to calls and texts. The roofing team did an excellent job and cleaned the area thoroughly upon completion of the job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire project!
