  Dear Mr. Adekola. Thank you for your feedback. As a highly respected company with multiple trade certifications who has been operating for over 15 years, I am as disappointed as you are that we no longer service all areas of metro Atlanta. Regarding your statement that we “couldn’t complete” your roof, that statement makes it sound like we walked off the job. To clarify, we were not under contract to replace or repair your roof. Your wife Jessica called today for a full roof or repair estimate and I apologetically explained that we no longer work in certain areas below I-20. This is due to recent experiences of stolen tools, harassment of our crews and even robbery. As a very involved owner who is hands on and present during most construction, I witnessed all of these events firsthand. It was the last incident, the robbery in 2020, that led me to suspend our servicing of some areas of metro Atlanta. Although we do in fact, as you put it, “like a green dollar” just as much as other companies do, we also value the lives and safety of our crews. The roofing and construction industry is fraught with scam artists, shoddy workmanship and people who simply do not care. We, on the other hand, as demonstrated by our many 5-star Google reviews, pride ourselves on our reputation and tradition of quality and integrity. It’s very unfortunate that we received a 2-star review from you in response to simply not servicing all areas of metro Atlanta… especially when it’s due to the circumstances outlined above. These circumstances aside, it is not at all uncommon for a company to have a designated service area. Our website does not state that we serve all areas of metro Atlanta. Although I am disappointed in your lack of compassion and understanding, I am glad you found another company to estimate and replace your roof. I wish you and your wife all the best.

  Randy was excellent through the process of quoting the work, setting timing expectations and delivery of his work. He was not the cheapest price, but we went with him based on his warranties, his communication and his thoroughness. He then delivered quality work. Highly recommend

  Anybody need roof repair should contact Randy Abbott. He fixed the flashing around my chimney. I wished I had found him sooner as most other roof companies I found initially just wanted to do roof replacement and ghosted me once they saw that my roof was in decent shape . He was very responsive, very reliable communicator and gave a very detailed estimate. He was able to come within 1-2 days to do estimate which was great. He complete the job in 1 day. Price was good.

  I used Randy Abbott for a single skylight replacement and he was great. He was responsive, gave a very detailed estimate (much more so than the larger roofing companies), a reasonable price, and practical advice and recommendations without any of the upselling. He was in constant communication about scheduling and the installation went about as smoothly as I could've hoped. I'd definitely use him again.

  Randy and his crew did an excellent job replacing two skylights for us. He kept us well informed, worked efficiently, and did it for a fair price. While I hope I don't need roof work done again, I'll be using Abbott Brothers if the need arises.
