  Unfortunately 2 leaks after they replaced entire roof. Sure wish they would honor guarantee. See pictures.

  Contacted this business against my better judgement after receiving a solicitation in the mail from the manager Ahmed. Contacting Ahmed, who assigned me to a project manager Rafael who stopped responding when I asked for a copy of the quote PRIOR to providing him with my insurance information which I could only assume that this was done to see how much insurance would pay prior to underestimating how much they can charge. Escalated back to Raphael twice and more than 48 hours later, still never received a response. I probably would avoid this company.

  Once my roof was installed many fixes needed to be done. The runoff for the water on the roof had to be fixed as well as the flushing of he siding. It was discovered that the roofing team could not reapply my siding because it could no longer flush against the house because of the thickness of the new shingles. Peachtree Restorations then outsourced the fix for the siding. This repair was outsourced to a team that confessed to me that they frequently repair the roof jobs of this company, more often than not. After going back and forth for MONTHS with Peachtree Restorations on what was expected they began the repair. Fast forward to today, the entire siding project is laying in my front yard on the ground. PEACHTREE RESTORATION IS FULL OF OUTSOURCED WORKERS WHO ARE POORLY PUTTING THESE ROOFS TOGETHER AND THIS NEEDS TO STOP. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!!!

  Mrs. Marshall, Firstly, thank you for being a valued Peachtree Customers and giving us feedback. We value our customers feedback to improve our service to our customers. Considering we are a General Contractor and have done over 5,000 roofs in the Atlanta Metro area, it is natural and a necessity with this volume to have subcontractors. Our subcontractors are vetted and trained and typically have done work exclusively with us for many years. If that was not clear before you did business with Peachtree, we apologize. The Contractor you spoke with is our "Punch Crew", their job is to fix mistakes and overlooked items on our projects, which happens in constructions. I assume that was why they said "they often fix our roof jobs". As far as the roof is concerned, you have a full warranty back by Peachtree and the manufacturer, and if you have issues that pertains to the roof, please call and we'll be out to fix the issues. As far as the siding, we never were contracted to work on your siding. We brought to your attention with photos that your siding was failing prior to the roof installation. I will be happy to send you the photos again. Our clients satisfaction is paramount, that is why you weren't charge for the excessive rotted plywood or our cost to have a siding crew reside one portion of the house. Most people believe that doing work free of charge you're not responsible for fixing is going above and beyond for your customers. If you would like to discuss this more, please call my office and ask to speak to Michael Johnson. Maybe context and lack clarity is the issue. I hope you find a solution with your siding issue.   A little disappointed this company.. A rep stopped by for an initial quote to repair my roof. I was advised a quote would be provided within 24 hours.. they never followed up.... No quote ..No call ..Nothing

  Tim Bresko at Peachtree Roofing and Exteriors helped us to navigate the options as we filed our insurance claim for our new roof. He has a wealth of knowledge. And we never felt pressured to commit to the project. He explained every detail of the project. Once the project was scheduled, the communication was seamless. The new roof was installed on time and within the price quoted. Jose ensured that the installation crew professionally secured the home, installed the new roof according to crew, and handled the cleanup afterwards. If you are in the market for a new roof, you will be in good hands with Tim Bresko and his team.

  Erika and Irbin were both incredibly helpful through this process! After multiple rejections and unsatisfactory offers from our Insurance provider, Erika helped us secure a full replacement covered by insurance. The crew was extremely professional, and did a fantastic job on our roof. I can't recommend the Peachtree Roofing team enough!

  Selecting a roof contractor for such a high ticket item is not an easy decision. I obtained three bids, and was very pleased with my decision to work with Peachtree Roofing and Exteriors. When considering the price and warranty offering, they offered the best value. Communication and organization with their team was excellent from day one. The installation took a full day and workmanship was excellent. The onsite supervision and installation team did an amazing job. Very pleased with my experience.
