Horrible experience. It is odd that I had a completely different experience from the other reviewers. This guy is dishonest. He was punctual and friendly enough when he did his inspection and quote. However, when came the actual day to work, he did not show up and went completely dark. I thought it was strange when he asked me to go buy the materials myself, some of which I had to drive from Everett to Auburn to get. His website and business does not indicate a physical address, and his business does not show up in the BBB. This guy is fishy. Beware.

We ran into a snag on our kitchen remodel and needed our vent redone, including replacing the pipe that went through the roof. Ruiz Roofing was super responsive and were able to get out here in One day and totally fix the problem. Keeping our remodel on track. Super responsive, both the guys were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We could not have been happier.

I used Ruiz Roof several times in the past 5 years at two different houses. He was great in each instance from start to end. Each time he explained to me in details the issue that needs to be fixed either with the roof, the vents, the gutters and even the sidings around the chimney. He always show me the photos of the work that needs to be done before and after he fixes it . He is honest and trustworthy. At one point I had a leak from the ceiling and I didn’t know how bad it is. He told me that the issue is minor and just had to do with a loose nail on the shingles. I highly recommend using his services.

My wife I are so glad we went with Ruiz Roofing to have 2 new roofs installed. After signing 2 contracts, decided to go with upgraded material and Omar estimated costs and revised amount due with no hassle. His crew is outstanding. If you need a new roof, do not hesitate. These folks are honest, hard working people. Highly recommend.
