  I wouldn't recommend this company. I hired them for a roof leak, and the estimate was done by a drone. It wasn't estimated thoroughly or correctly. I received an overpriced estimate that is not even correct. I wouldn't trust the Travis team.

  The crew tossed cellophane peelings off the roof on a breezy day, sending trash across our neigbors' yards and into the gutters. They also dumped old roofing materials all around the house without laying down tarps, now the entire perimeter of the house has black grit and small chunks of roofing tiles that weren't picked up. At one point I asked their supervisor, a fella with a poorly-parked company truck wearing a blinged out crucifix on a shiny chain, to have the crew clean the mess they spread across the neighborhood. He assured me they'd get everything. They picked up almost nothing. The new roof looks fine, but these folks will leave your property trashed.

  No clue how good they are at roofing but their workers keep Speeding WAY over the speed limit through our neighborhood. Check your company fleet GPS and see who is “Harshly accelerating” through residential neighborhoods. I work multiple Water mitigation companies and will never use these guys for tree strikes or roof repairs, customer safety first.

  Updating my review to reflect developments. Elite Roofing recently installed a new roof with the ridge roof vent they recommended to us. While the roofing itself appears high-quality, Elite Roofing did not do any ventilation calculations before recommending the ridge vent or installing the roof. This resulted in significant condensation build up within attic space resulting in mold growth and additional costs. After back and forth, Elite Roofing agreed to pay for half of the costs for adding ventilation to resolve the poor air flow. A follow-on inspection by an insulation company also revealed inappropriate blockage of the gable end vents impacting ventilation - aka stapling vapor barrier rather than using a solid material. They also identified recent mold growth and damage. Long story short. Elite Roofing did not do their due diligence in architecting the new roof system. They only partially paid for a fix for which they were 100% at fault for creating as a failure of their roof recommendation. And as the homeowner I am still out of pocket to correctly seal the gable ends and conduct mold remediation within the attic space. While the quality of the roofing is good. I do not recommend going with a company that does not due their due diligence when selling a product. Nor a team that leaves the homeowner with out-of-pocket expenses to mitigate damage from their mistake.

  Where to begin. I’ve had a several year battle with Elite and the owner Jesse. They gave me the option of sheeting because my building is ship lap. The sheeting was not even in the bid, it was verbal. I asked what if we don’t do the sheeting and the estimator told me he didn’t see it as a problem and would give me my 5 star guarantee anyway. I had several experts out, they all said the same thing, sheeting should not have been optional. Why would I not do the sheeting if it was going to leak? Experts also said the roofing material was not placed correctly on the edges of the building, hence the reason it drips all along the edge. They offered to come fix it for an additional $35,000. I paid them $48,000 for nothing, it was my savings. Jesse had no interest in even coming out to talk to me and try and make it right. They sent out a guy with a caulking gun knowing damn well that wasn’t going to work. Jesse blames it on me because he said I “refused” The sheeting. I even went up on the roof with the estimator with my concerns about the ship lap being wavy, again I was told it would be fine. I trusted them and it was the worst most painful mistake of my life. My attorney said next step was suing, yet more attorney money. I saved and replaced the bad side of the building today with sheeting, I had no more energy to fight. When new company tore off Elites work, they said shame on them for doing this, holes all over from the ship lap. I will go to my grave telling people about Elite and about Jesse’s denial of responsibility. It was HIS responsibility to tell me what I needed. I have witnesses of my conversations with the estimator. How can he sleep at night.

  Elite came highly recommended by people I trust. They lived up to that recommendation: fair, organized, responsive, skilled, thorough. I love my new roof and gutters. I knew I was in good hands.

  Wow and wow again! Divino’s crew did an exceptional job replacing our 30 year old roof! Great crew who worked hard and completed a big job in record time! Thank you Jose for keeping me informed about the job, and Phillip was super knowledgeable and helpful planning out the project. The weekly updates from the company were great!   Just had the roof replaced at my home by Elite and the whole process was awesome. From the very beginning, the communication and coordination was exactly what I needed. The cost of a roof means this type of project can be scary, but Elite took a lot of that away by weekly updates from Allyssa and Courtney. Expected to take 3-4 days, but Paulo and his team did it in 2! The finished product looked great, but I had questions about the vents, and Andrew and Allyssa made sure I got all of those answered. I would highly recommend this team for anyone who needs a quality roof installed. 30 year warranty, so I don't have to worry about leaks or shingle failures for a long while.

  We had a really good experience with Jose and Jonathan. They listened to everything we wanted took the time to understand the problem with our roof, and explained what needed to be done. They gave us the right solution without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. The work was done really well and the price was much lower than we expected. Both Jose and Jonathan were friendly professional and easy to work with. We really appreciate how honest and helpful they were throughout the whole process. Our roof problem was taken care of quickly and properly, and we’re very happy with the results. If you need roofing work, I would definitely recommend Jose and Jonathan. Great guys, fair price, and great work!

  Communication was the most important to me, and they are extraordinary. I had a small leak, John Tracy included the leak stop in the roof bid and two days later Travis had me on the schedule for a tarp. When my project started Giovanni called to introduced himself as Field Manager in charge of my project, he was awesome, answered all questions and concerns. The crew was fantastic getting the new roof on with every detail and cleaning up afterwards. There was an inspection after with photos of chimney flashing, plumbing boots and flapper vents. If you want a professional job with a fair bid, outstanding service and communication, pick Elite Roofing!

  Had a tree branch do severe damage to our cedar shake roof. Called Elite, Travis sent Nildo, who not only did excellent carpentry and roofing work, he also blew debris off of our roof and tidied up the grounds afterward. 5-stars, highly recommend.

  We recently had our roof cleaned by Elite Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Manoel did an amazing job cleaning our roof. We are so pleased with how it turned out and only wish we had done it sooner. This company is incredibly professional, and it was so refreshing to work with a team that responds quickly and truly values customer service. A special shout-out to Kari, Phillip, and Travis—they were all friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They are AWESOME!   I called Elite Roofing for gutter cleaning service and right from the start I had an excellent experience. Angel and Travis were the crew members I worked with and they were both professional, responsive, knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond to get the job done well.   Fantastic experience! I needed a fascia repair that, because of our roof type, fell into the weird "not a big enough project for most roofers, but needed more expertise than a handyman" gap. Filled out the request form on their website and had an estimator appointment scheduled (with reminder email!) within a day. The estimator, Jon, was prompt, friendly, and covered all my questions. The tech, Oswaldo, was also right on time, very friendly, handled the actual repair quickly and even took some extra specific photos of the roof that we asked for. The repair work is solid and looks great. Will absolutely use Elite again.

Emergency roof repairs usually don’t feel random once you see where the problem started.
